The rating says everything you need to know about Shawn Breeden and All American Electrical of North Florida Inc. I had the disadvantage of having them subcontracted for our electrical work by another company. No project management by either of them, showed up for a few hours here and there with a different crew each time, and took weeks to complete. At the end of the project, they presented me with a massive bill - more than 4x what our electrical contingency was with no coherent explanation. Mr. Breeden then showed up at my house uninvited and immediately started threatening a lien filing. My sense is that this is the standard routine for this company given all of the amateur legal letters and certified mail that I received. Endured a hassle with an illegal lien filing and am now free of the issue but want to strongly warn others - avoid Mr. Breeden and his partner Yossi K. They are good, honest and ethical contractors out there. Check BBB, online, and others - both for your general contractor and their key subcontractors. Of the three companies we were referred to, only All American gave me a guaranteed price over the phone. Others wanted us to pay a fee just to come out and diagnose the problem, then pay by hour for the fix. They were on time, figured out the problem in about ten minutes, and had things fixed in under an hour. We will call them first next time.

Great customer service. Very friendly gentlemen. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous to my wife and I. The final price was very competitive, if not better than some others. Highly recommend these guys.

They didn't have a switch for the fan/light they installed and told me to go get one. They wouldn't help me with installing the switch and wanted another $150 to come out to hook up a couple of wires. I was also supposed to get a 10% discount for using Home Advisor and I never got it. Very disappointing experience.

I designed/contracted 3 custom homes in Atlanta, so I know the importance of finding a good subcontractor. This was my first time using Home Advisor since moving to Florida, and I was very impressed with the ease of the app, and timely response from All American Electrical which was 5-10 minutes on a Saturday. Erika asked all the right questions, provided a general quote, and we set the appointment for the following Tuesday. She followed up to confirm, and her team was right on time - even a few minutes early! Great workmanship, and awesome overall experience! I will hire them again.

I got a very prompt response when I contacted them. The workmen did a good job of repairing things and diagnosed a bad light fixture. Price was a little high, but considering what I've paid for lesser quality work, I am very satisfied

All American Electrical was able to come out within 24 hours of my call. They were very prompt, efficient, and did a great job. They were not like other companies trying to mystery charge or upscale. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future if needed.
