Description of Work: This plumber was called for a clogged pipe and had been the plumber we used for a few years. We are from the north east and not on site so we were depending on them for an ethical and honest evaluation each time we received a call from our tenant. We suspected they were taking advantage of us not being their to check on their work but like I said being so far away we needed to trust in them. Well you know how they say always go with your gut! - we should have. We called for this clogged pipe and we were told that the entire waste pipe needed replacement at a cost of almost $500. I knew that they had already done this repair two years ago, but apparently they forgot that they had completed this just two years ago. Whether it was ever done or not is in question because we were not their to check in on things. Any way I was told by Aldridge plumbing that this drain pipe needed to be replaced and that clearing a clog would not be a possible solution. They told me that this repair would last years and not need to be done again for decades. I told them that they already did this same repair just two years ago in 2012 and provided the receipt for the work that they already performed and for which I paid. Well wouldn't you know that all of a sudden the pipe was fine, didn't need to be replaced, and a simple un-clogging solved the problem. I will never use them again and by the way this is just one example of their lack of ethics. In past experiences they provided us with estimates that always ended up costing more when the work was completed. They may be good if you are there to see the problem for yourself, but I would never rely on their honesty or ethics again!

Description of Work: We had a great experience with Aldridge and Sons. They installed a new Rinnai tankless waterheater, removed an old water heater and replumbed a section of the house, adding a hot water line. They were prompt, courteous and thorough. They did an excellent job. We will definitely use them again.
