Description of Work: Air Oasis was the contractor of choice to replace my two AC units in my home -- one 5 ton and 1.5 ton. They are a young small independent firm that gave me what I needed without the hype. They bid on the job along with three other companies and were not the original bidder. However, they matched the low bidder and even went a little below them during the negotiation. The work was performed efficiently and they cleaned up everything and left my home in good shape. They did have to make a couple of trips after the initial installation to tweak a couple of things. It also took a little longer than usual to get the warranty information properly registered with the manufacturer but all in all, I am very pleased.

+ -1 moreThankfully, Air Oasis is a provider for our home warranty, so they were knowledgeable of the process and were able to advise how to process the claims more quickly so we weren't without heat for too long. The technicians came when they said they would, worked until dark the first day to try to get us up and running with heat, and came back for 2 more days to finish troubleshooting issues with our existing thermostats. Kaleb was great to work with, was knowledgeable of our options with the home warranty, and saved us money where he could on what the warranty wouldn't cover.
Description of Work: We recently bought a home in Ponte Vedra Beach and knew that the existing HVAC was almost 20 years old and would need to be replaced. I called Air Oasis to do a routine cleaning and inspection but was concerned that the heat pump was not working properly. As it turned out, all 3 condensers and inside air handlers needed to be replaced due to leaks that could not be repaired due to age of system.
