Air Experts of North Florida Inc.

We called an a/c company we had used before. They sent a tech out, who said in 10 minutes (and $75) that the top circuit board was dead. He got us a new one two days later, and in 5 minutes, we had heat again. The previous company, who charged us $149, told us it was "probably the thermometer" because the outside and insides units were both fine, was useless. Air Experts came through for us again.

HORRIBLE. This company, by far, has the absolutely worst communication. I filed the claim on Sunday and have had 0 communication with them. They never answer the phone, they came out 3 days after I filed the claim for 1 minute then left stating the roof access was locked. The technician gave my renter his cell. We immediately contacted them stating they need to go to the front office when they arrive and they will immediately unlock roof access. That was over a day ago and still 0 communication from them. We tried to call their office, which they never answer, and the mailbox said it was full. Do not ever use this company....ever. We are demanding a new company come out and are showing all the BBB complaints, Angi complaints, yelp complaints and telling our warranty company to drop them. I can't understand how they are still in business.

Zero communication. Had to blow up their phone with multiple calls (back to back) before I was able to reach them. Received zero replies to email, voicemail, social media etc. When my home warranty (first american home warranty) sent them to repair my HVAC they advised they needed to order parts through my home warranty (new coil, and fan). Tech could not recharge my systems refrigerant, because it was bone dry empty. Home warranty advised it was going to cost me approximately $500 (out-of-pocket cost, not covered) for air experts to repair my system. I was being charged for parts removal and haul away, old refrigerant processing (weird, since the system is empty and has no refrigerant), and some unknown copper "modifications" that the tech made no mention of. All and all, it appears air experts attempted to up charge my home warranty which got passed down to me. Horrible service, and don't appreciate being scammed. Paid them and the warranty company $0. Tech was also late as well. I would stay away from air experts and first american home warranty. If air experts gets assigned by your home warranty company, ask for someone else. I would give them 0 stars is I could.
