They were prompt and polite and professional. The price was steep, but the work was solid.

We've been using them for years. When we moved into this house, we renewed our service with them. We highly recommend them. We've actually used them in 4 different houses. I find them trustworthy and honest. They don't try to sell you something that you don't need. They provide you with the right information that you ask for. If they don't have the answer, they'll get back to you. They'll send someone out immediately if you have an issue. They also provide energy saving tips and suggestions.

They were amazing. They were professional. They were less expensive than another company. They were prompt. I would rather have paid less, but, they were pretty fair. I would definitely use their services again in the future if needed.

I was happy with their service. The technician was very courteous, thorough and did a great job.

I scheduled the service for 8 AM to 10 AM. Service tech called around 8:45 to let me know he was on the way. He spent about 30 to 45 minutes checking out the unit. He did a couple of standard maintenance tasks and gave me the report that the unit was getting a bit old but was functioning well. He did not try to sell me anything which I appreciated.

With the unusually warm winter, we used out A/C a few times even in February !! That's when we discovered that our main downstairs unit was not putting out an cold air. We called Service Experts, with whom we have an annual contract, to come out and perfom one of the semi-annual check ups we are entitled to. During the service call, the Tech found that the coiul in the unit was defective. Service Experts ordered the replacement coil and had it installed the next day. The Technician was coutreous and professional and did quality work.

We have used them before and they are pretty prompt and come out within a week or so. The service guys are usually pretty friendly.

This company is affiliated with one of the wholesale member clubs in Jacksonville, often with units on display there along with a representative, representing the "brand name" heat pump line. We had had several conversations with the representative there during our visits and eventually made an appointment for him to visit our home and present us a bid. Actually, this was the first company to bid on the work and the "sticker shock" - more on this later - thankfully caused us to look at other contractors. The representative was prompt and courteous. We had incorrectly presumed that the association with the club would mean that the pricing would/should be advantageous. Indeed, we were advised that purchasing the work though the club would obtain us a $1200 prepaid club gift card. As it turned out, that "free" gift card would have cost us just under $3000 more than for a comparable (and, actually, better) unit. This after a supposed $2650 "discount" for being a club member!!! (?) In addition to the exorbitant price (incidentally, from a type written, not a printed, price list) the brand was reviewed as one of the very worst by recent customers of the brand - noting horrendous support from the manufacturer, long outages waiting for service parts and a widespread host of known issues. Indeed, only 19% of the several hundred customers reviewing the brand would recommend to a friend or family member. . The upshot of this is that purchasing central air.heat units through some sort of club affiliation may not be any savings - indeed, could cost you significantly more. We have notified the club of our findings and advise anyone to obtain several bids from a number of the better rated local contractors shown on Angie's list.

They said I needed a whole new system. I found out I did not after having my system check with another company I worked with. Overall I would give them and F Grade for the most part.

A/C unit was in a newly purchased home after the home inspector indicated the tenants took poor care of the A/C (wrong sized filter and dirty coils). Service person inspected the unit and discovered bacteria in the coils and blower and recommended a $500+ job to clean it. I stated I would want to price out options, so the service person continued with the planned cleaning and provided price quotes for the bacterial scrub, along with options to lower the cost (signing up for a service plan). I was not pressured to sign-up now...discussed options were provided on the receipt. Job was completed in less than an hour.

The quote was too high. I didn’t like them that much. It was alright. I would not consider using them in the future.

We were able to negotiate a better price with them and they agreed to be in and out in one day. I told them I was going to get two other estimates and they told me that they would reduce the price by a certain amount if I would agree to use them because they were trying to keep their crews busy. They were out the next day and they cleaned up well after themselves. I think their price was in the ballpark or a little less than other companies. They were on time and they have four or five people on the job so they could be done by 4:00.

They were responsive and punctual, and they provided real good service. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They do excellent work, and I have never had a problem.

We have a yearly service contract so they come out periodically. They were actually the service company of record when we bought this house. We are satisfied with their work. They are good about coming and they contact us when it is the allotted time for them to come. They show up on time and the service has been pretty much faultless up to now. Their price is a little high. I would like them to chop it a little more but it is in the ballpark. Everything else is quite good.

I feel they’re starting to get out of hand price-wise. They’re just not reasonable, which concerns me. However, we’re still working with them and receiving good service.

They call us every quarter to set up an appt, it's very easy we never have to wonder if its time to have our unit serviced.

Met with Wayne from Air Engineers to get an estimate on cleaning my ducts. He was very knowledgable and a pleasure to talk to! Mike and Ryan from Air Engineers came out the next day and cleaned my duct work and A.C. They really did a nice job (and even made me laugh a couple of times!! really nice, knowledgable guys!) They took down all vents and cleaned them by hand as well as individually cleaning each vent and the return with the high pressure vacuum and brush...I couldn't believe how much "YUCK" came out of my duct work. I am so glad I had this done! Something that AE does that other duct cleaning companies I spoke with don't do is, they take apart and clean the inside of the air handler, which makes a huge difference.....I was so happy with them I signed up for their preventative maintenence services. Thanks AE guys!!!

After obtaining multiple estimates including Air Engineers, I called a few back with additional questions & clarifications. Air Engineer's representative answered questions and then suggested a second visit and this time with their duct expert to double check his plan for our difficult situation. I say "difficult situation" because we identified a problem (with an analysis/inspection) with the ductwork prior to purchasing the house and moving in but waited until we needed a new system to make the necessary corrections since the sellers would not adjust their selling price. So, this second visit was welcomed and when it occurred, the recommendations basically coincided with the first rep's plan (and our original analysis) although there was also the idea of adding a third zone to the system. This idea had also been suggested by another contractor and made good sense. The installation of the system and reconfiguring the ductwork took place over one long day when there were some contractors suggesting it would be a multiple day job (up to 5). They did it in one and the crew of 4 (not including the crew chief stopping by, too) was neat, courteous, and hard-working. There was a need for a tech to visit the following day for a minor tweak of the new zoning board system, but when the crew left after that first day, the system was running.

terrific!! phone answered at 9:00 sunday night. was put on tech list and told tech would call me between jobs. 24/7 crew available at very reasonable price. tech arrived at about 11:30 p.m., handled problem with speed, knowlege, efficiency. cant rave enough; am telling all friends and neighbors.

This company came the same day we called, they were punctual and professional. The quote was quite high we thought, but we have never had this done before so we are not sure. The UV light was $850 but they knocked $100 off along with the vent cleaning. We scheduled the work for the next day and the person who did the work was very good, thorough and polite. The work took about 4-1/2 hours and they also took all registers off, took them out and cleaned them before reinstalling.

They came quickly, but talked me into some things that in retrospect I don't think I needed. I used them a couple more times because I'd used them once, but have since switched to someone with less of a hard sell.
