Aggressive Lawn was recommended by the company I bought my sod from. They were very prompt in scheduling and coming out to do the work. I have no major complaints about their work, as my lawn is still the best on the street one year later. I had originally agreed to let Aggressive do my weekly lawn maintenance, but after research, I found someone to do it for a better price. I called and left the owner a message letting him know I had decided to go with someone else, and since I never got a return call, I assume he received it since they never showed up to cut the grass. A couple months later, I noticed weeds (torpedo grass) only in a certain part of the lawn, and my yard guy suggested that a palet that Aggressive used could have possibly had weeds in it upon install since it was only occurring in one section. I called Aggressive and left a voice mail and never received a call back. I got the feeling that since they had done the work and weren't involved with me anymore from a lawn care perspective, they didn't feel the need to call back or come out and take a look at the area of concern. There was no way of me telling if the torpedo grass issue was sod pallet related or just a coincidence, so I am not going to ding them on quality. I am giving an A grade for price and quality because it was fairly priced and the quality was good for the most part. I am giving an F for responsiveness and a C for professionalism because I feel they are pretty closely related, and them not returning my calls left a bad taste in my mouth. I giving an A for punctuality because they showed up when they said they would and completed the job quickly.

Jon performed the work on schedule and was professional when work was completed. However, the sod started to die shortly after installation even though I followed all of his watering and care instructions. I called Jon and asked him to look at it and tell me what was happening. He did not show up when scheduled. When he did appear, he told me he had no idea why it was all dying. He said he would come back in a week and check it again. He did not return until I called him approximately 5 times. He then told me that he would have to contact the sod company where he purchased the sod (A-1 sod). Several calls later he told me that he was bringing the sod company manager with him to look at it. They never showed up. All the sod he installed died completely. I had a test performed on my soild and sod and the pallets that were installed had a fungus that the rest of the lawn does not have. Jon will not return my calls and I am now going to have to pay someone else to perform the same work.
Description of Work: Installed sod in my yard which included removing dead sod, spraying before installation, tilling soil and installing new sod.
