AG PLUS OF NORTH FL. d/b/a Autoglass Plus

My car was getting water inside the car when raining which I thought was from not closing well the door. At last rain noticed that the rubber seal of my door is very good regardless it's age, and that it must have been coming from another source. Checked the seal of the windshield and saw that it was considerably separated on one area. Called the insurance company who asked this location to come back to repair. The repairman did not want to fix it at my office and said that I did not have to be there because he was an expert. Left the vehicle in my house to fix and since did not used it after the repair so it would really take and nobody sat on that side of the car, now noticed that the roof cloth material was left outside the rubber seal molding that holds it. The main office did not care to call me back when I left the message and when i called again, told me that I have to talk to the repair person directly who is not the expert he demands he is and much less customer friendly.
