+ -1 morepoorly to say the least. this has been our go to company for many projects for several years. we are very aware that hurricane Irma stretched all contractors to the full extent. we understand that. what we don't understand is the lack of response. it took several calls and texts before there was a response from David who said he would not be available until the beginning of November to even look at the work and quote. we said fine as we were trying to be loyal to someone who had done previous good work for us. November came and no contact. instead we get a message when we called in early November saying he was hunting for the next 2 weeks. we waited again. no response. no calls. nada. very disappointed. apparently loyalty to a contractor does not go both ways. we then called American Electrical who responded quickly and professionally and had the work done before November was over.
Description of Work: we needed new sidewalks in our back yard that were torn up by hurricane Irma and to safely install the electric wiring at the front of our house from the street that a tree had damaged

Description of Work: Ran wiring from main box in house to exterior laundry room and continue to set up system in our new wood shop. David did an excellent job. He's very professional and courteous. His apprentices were a little sloppy in their work and left us with some clean that didn't make us happy. But, the electrical work was excellent. David is coming back next week to do more work that will continue to take electricity out to our pole barn we had installed. He remembered that we weren't happy with the clean up situation, without us having said another word, and promised that he would inspect and make sure everything was taken care of before they leave the job. Very impressed that he remembered or took notes since it has been 3 years. Glad to do business with them again.
