(no problem if I had to) yes I only had a lock repair, but they fixed my issue and I was able to get to where I needed to be on time. Impressive!! I left a message toward the end of a day, got a call back the very next day. We scheduled a time for him to come and fix my sliding glass door, and it was within a few days. I live in the Argyle area. Within an hour the doors were sliding like they were brand new! Amazingly reasonable price, I am so happy I don't have to replace the door. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

There’s absolutely no question in my mind that I would recommend them. He is the only one that I know of that when you call he can schedule it within a reasonable amount of time, and he will also show up. He’s not like many people here in Florida, you call, they never call you and they say they will be there at a certain time, they never show up. I think we paid like $180, but I can’t remember. Now it just takes a pinky to open it. I did recommend him to people in our neighborhood site. It's unbelievable and he's very, very good. I definitely, absolutely would use the provider again.

When he replaced the glass there is a space left in the rubber seal. Price quoted was $500.00 but when he finished the job he charged $600.00 without any prior approval. Not very affordable!

They arrived on time. Offered a couple of ways to fix door track as well as a suggestion to save money and performed the work immediately. My door slides perfect. I dont know why I waited so long before having it repaired.

A 30 year old sliding glass door we use every day became difficult to open. They disassembled the door, cleaned out the track and replace the rollers. Oh my, the door is now working great..!! I originally called about one sliding glass door, but while here, I had them repair another sliding glass door that we really do not use very much, but needed some repairs too. New rollers and a new lock was replaced on the other door. My wife came home and is very pleased. Now she has to be careful not to slam the door because it now opens and closes so well. Mason Ball and Mike came on short notice. The work was exceptional and much faster than I expected (less than an hour). They took everything apart, cleaned and repaired it, and put it all back before making some adjustments. They were clean, respectful of my property, and were all-around friendly people. I would absolutely hire again and would refer them to anyone with a similar problem.

We got everything done that we needed. Mason was very nice and professional. Workers arrived on time and completed work. Door works better than it has in years.

Mason Ball, the owner, arrived promptly at 9:00 am - even though he came from far away. He removed the sill plate of the sliding glass door, cleaned it out, laid down new sealant and put it all back together in just a few hours. Two months and many rains later and there is no trace of any water leaking past the frame of the sliding glass door. This is not the first time the glass door has been repaired (a different company tried and failed), but it's the first time it's been done right.

They showed up on time and got right to work. They were very good with our 2 Boxers that were trying to be "helpers" the whole time. I even asked if the dogs were in the way and they insisted they were not. They were very coordinated in how they approached moving the giant doors and let me ask a lot of questions, and even showed me how they were fixing things. The sliding glass door they replaced rollers on is approx 150 lbs and it slides like a marble on ice!! It's better than the other doors we hardly use, which should essentially be like new. I will definitely use these guys again. Mason was also very good on the phone with communicating all expectations, and even gave me a heads up call before arriving.

This was a wonderful experience. The sliding glass doors are at least 45 years old and haven't worked well for many years. Mason arrived at the time promised and in less than an hour he had completely refurbished my doors. They haven't worked this well in years and years. The price was extremely reasonable and they were completely professional. I would heartily recommend them to anyone without reservation!

The doors now close completely, the noise and air seal is great, and the doors slide SOOO easily. Plus they were in and out within 1 hour. Total cost: $270 - $70 trip charge - $100 for bearing replacement per door (x2)
