It went well! Their price was fair for their service.

The initial inspection was thorough and not rushed. The job was done as agreed and in time frame agreed upon. I Also had them clean my vents. I intend upon using them for other projects.

It went very well. They're on time and professional. They provided the service and the results were as expected.

Before I begin this I will let you know that I did contact other companies or a price quote. One showed up 1 hour after the appointment time, the other showed up the next day only after I called him and he told me that he was delayed on other work. I then called Steve Rossman of AdvantaClean located in Yulee, FL (904-321-9344) and left a voice mail. I received a callback the same day and set an appointment for the following day. He showed up a few minuets before schedule and spent about 40 minuets explaining the cleaning process. Steve gave me a quote and told me how long the men would be at the home to complete the job. I choose Steve of AdvantaClean not for a low price but because of the professional explanation of the work process. I also checked on the internet for information on the company which was quite impressive. (http://advantaclean.com/). We set an appointment for 11/6/2013 with the employees set to arrive at 9:30AM. Paul and Little Joe arrived 15 minuets before the time, which way fine. Before doing any work they walked the home and the crawl space to ascertain how the work should proceed. They then showed me the equipment and explained the cleaning process. The work proceeded and about two hours later Steve stopped by the see the progress. I asked Steve if this was normal and he said this is his way of doing business. Little Joe and Paul were courteous and very careful of the furniture and other items in the home. All I can say is if you want the work done the correct way giving these people a call would be to your benefit. As an afterthought, the other two cleaning company’s prices were higher.
