+ -1 moreThe quality of the work by Admiral Homes was fair at best. The drywall, concrete, and detail work was poor; the job superintendent was rude; and the follow-up was poor. Admiral has since been bought out by Lennar Homes. Their follow-up has been good.
Description of Work: We contracted with Admiral Homes to build a house for us. It is a 2,467-square-foot, two-story, full stucco house with a two-car attached garage on a 60-by-110 lot.
