At first the man they just hired was horrible then he quit without letting his employer know. After that it was excellence all the way.

I made the appointment online. The repairman came at the scheduled time and repaired my freezer at a fair price. This job was done quickly and I would reccomend them to my neighbors.

They completed our washer/dryer hook-up timely.

This company is by far some of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. The dispatcher is a liar the service man left our work order at our house, our dish washer is still not repaired and when I contacted them and left a message no one returned my phone call. They still charged us $ 75.00 for service that they never followed up on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

They did not fix problem and did not have the understanding of complex GE Monogram Ovens. They came to the house about 5 times and never fixed problem Avoid them!

The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Visit #1 was the diagnosis, visit # 2 was the repair. On my initial communication, I provided my model # and a straightforward explanation of the problem - no water or ice. I was happy with everything except the $25 revisit fee for visit # 2.

They came the same day I called, within the time frame agreed upon, with a courtesy call 20 minutes out. It turned out to be something very simple, and was fixed on the spot. Kyle was great, knowledgeable and personable. Well worth the money spent, which I thought was quite reasonable.

I have a Frigidaire professional refrigerator. This is not an ordinary refrigerator and the first two attempts to fix it were failures. Third time the part was defective and they had to overnight a new one. Finally the fourth attempt was successful. Customer service kept me informed with the status at all times.

The servicetech brought a trainee with him and spent the time training etc. He did not fix the problem!!!! He wrote I did NOT have the refrigerator at the recommended factory settings. The WRITTEN bill shows one price and what my credit card was higher. I believe I was taken advantage of being handicapped (temporarily) and a senior citizen . Word of mouth can help or hinder a companies growth. I hired some one after this NO FIX and all the Refrigerator needed was a vacuuming around the coils etc working fine now . The refrigerator settings are back where they have always been set!!!!!!?? John B
