Less than 5 hours from initial web search to completed same-day repair, 3 days before Christmas - impressive response and excellent customer service. Knowledgeable and flexible

Completed the job but had to come back a 2nd time to finish the work. Very knowledgable and professional. Had a torn dryer hose and needed a new heating element but instead of replacing the vent and checking/cleaning the vent while he was there the first time he had us try it first it didn't work so he had to come back out again but did this the very next day so was very responsive and was trying to save us money by not going on the roof if not necessary.

Rich was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. Although he had to order a part and return for the final repair work, he researched alternative part options in order to save repair costs without sacrificing the warranty. Would definitely use this company again.

Last week I went to my fridge to get a few things and noticed that my fridge was warmer than usual, and saw my ice cream was practically liquid form. So I called Adept Appliance to set an appointment, that same day they sent out a tech and he was able to find the source of the problem within a short amount of time. He replaced the part and my fridge started cooling almost immediately.
