+ -1 moreThey laid the foundation wrong direction, they put the termite protection on in a huge rainstorm plumbing Flood awful doors stick, drawers clink, walls cracked, vinyl flooring has holes from rocks, drywall done after hours by I am guessing illegals since they used generators and hid when any cars came into the area, they screwed up the walkin closets in the master bast they do cheap shoddy work and should be shut down

+ -1 moreTerrible, it has been an absolute headache in dealing with this business.
Description of Work: The home builder used several subcontractors that have little to no pride in their work. I had several warranty items or written items to be repaired at the purchase of the house. The brick work had to be redone by another subcontractor because the original subcontractor Joe James could not get it right after replacing sections of brick two times. As a result of the brick repair, other repairs had to be made to the siding and concrete at the entryway. The siding subcontractor could not get the repair right after two attempts as well. The manager from Adams Homes was on site during the last repair and the subcontractor still did not do it right. Adams Homes refuses to get another subcontractor to repair the siding after I made the request. Adams Homes has not made several of the repairs it promised and now I am left with hiring my own contractor to make all necessary repairs to the house. Clearly, Adams Homes is out to make maximum profits from hiring subcontractors who don't really care about the end job.
