I called Acucut to have them come out to my propery to give an estimate for some yard cleanup. Atleast few hundred dollars worth and he said he'd write up a quote and get back to me. This was about a month ago. I never heard back from him so I am going with another company.

Great company, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable workers. They really went the extra mile and I would recommend them to anyone in need of lawn care. Very affordable as well.

I ended up not needing the deal, but the company was very prompt. They were looking to working with us. Very professional!

The company was responsive, they called and reached out to me when my life was upside down. They came in and measured and did everything that they promised at the price that they promised. They were courteous and professional and fast.

I am needing more work then the big deal entails.

Made the mistake of "assuming" new sod would be at the same height as the rest of the yard...instead of just laying on top of the ground with no excavation.

After a slight miscommunication over the project address (which was probably my fault) on the first attempt, they showed up on time and ready to go on the second attempt. They showed me pictures of the plants included in the deal I purchased and discussed pros and cons of each. The gentleman that performed the work was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. Once I picked out what I wanted, they completed the job promptly and efficiently. It looks great! Now I may have to have them come back to lay down some sod so that the yard is up to par with the landscaping!

It went extremely well. If they are ever going to be late, they email or call to let me know. I'd highly recommend this company.

I was very satisfied with their work. It looked very beautiful. About 2 days later, my neighbor called me that there were slugs eating the daisies. I called Don and he recommended I get something that would kill the slugs and keep them off the plants. I bought the "slug-b-gone" and put it around the daisies. Don came over to see them and said he could replace what could not be resurrected. I would recommend Acucut Lawn Care & Design, Inc. in a heartbeat. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I felt he could have installed the sod at a fairly competitive price but the other work I wanted him to do seemed pretty expensive. Estimated Cost:700.00

Plants were placed on top of the ground and not watered. Nothing regarding proper planting of plants were employed. They simply to out a shovel of dirt, stuck a plant down, in a few places, on top of roots and that was it. I could have hired a 12 year old who would have done a better job. Seemed to have no interest in what they were doing and just wanted to go through the motions and get out of here.

The lawn is beautiful & we love it. They showed up on a Saturday morning as scheduled, but not too early. They did a wonderful job and left the area clean (and GREEN!) when they were finished in the afternoon. It has now been a little more than 2 weeks and the lawn is taking hold & looking great.

The company came out for the consultation. He was very kind, honest, and informative. After speaking with him, I found out that a lot of the services that were a part of the deal, I already had. The other options, I then found out that they would inevitably attract snakes, which I am fearful of. The company gave me some lawn care maintenance suggestions and provided my husband and I with a lot of details and information. He then suggested that the deal we purchased probably wasn't the best deal to accommodate our needs. He even offered to find another deal for us that would be more suitable for our needs. I would highly recommend this company.

My husband and I would highly recommend Acucut lawn care & design,inc. We will always have them to maintain our hedges as well as other things. Can't say enough about the awesome job they did.

I called and had to miss work for them to come out to give an est on yard work I wanted done. They came late and the first thing out of the guys mouth was you don't qualify for the special we are having. I had to tell him 3 times what I wanted done because he was not listening but already had in mind what he wanted to do. After he broke a light set I had in the frt yard by stepping on it he then said he could get all the info he needed by taking a couple of pictures with his cell phone. He didn't even measure out the yard or see the line of my yard to my neighbors. He promised to have a full est of the work and send pictures of work they had done before and what he had in mind to do. I am still waiting for that. All they have said was they want me to give them $350 to start the job and then later they will tell me the told cost. I have been trying to call them to get more info but after calling 6 times it is always a machine that picks up and they will only try to call back once.

We were very happy with both the service and the product. Both the sod and the mulch looked very nice after installed and 7 weeks later both still look good. The office staff and the landscape staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They assisted us with some design questions.

I was very displeased with this service. I expected the yard to be well prepared to receive the new sod. However, they just scraped off some of the old growth and put the new sod down. I feel that the service they provided was inadequate and did not warrant the high price they charged.

I was very impressed with their service and to actually get done what was quoted for the price quoted with the best service you expect but don't usually get. This company definitely belongs on Angie's List. I was looking for a company I could contact over and over again in the future that I could trust and feel comfortable working with, which I now I found. I asked Don to pick a border between our and our neighbors yard that would look really nice to keep weeds from spreading onto our property and we loved his choice and price for the product. Even our neighbors love it. They put down the sod and took initiative to place excess where it would most benefit our yard near my daughters play area in the back. He had no problem removing an old sand box of hers and placing excess sod to bring area back to life. :) We will definitely use their service over and over again as there is more work I wish to do to our property. I plan to use their other lawn service on a weekly basis during over this summer also. P.S. My 5 year old daughter was very curious to see how they put in new grass. They were professional yet friendly enough to answer my daughters questions from time to time. :) Thanks Don and

The company was very quick to respond to my purchase of the coupon, but really didn't have the expertise to handle everything I needed done, so we settled on some smaller needs. Once the plants were installed I was underwhelmed by what I got for my money. It was what was listed in the offer so its my own fault for not recognizing it was not going to be much. Total installation time was approximately one hour for the plants purchased as part of the deal as well as my additional requests and I was charged an extra $75. All in all, I should have just stuck with buying and installing my own plants and would have gotten much more for my money.

Sod was laid in the discussed areas. Job was thorough and completed in a timely manner.

Donald and Emily were fantastic to work with from start to finish. I collected several estimates and Acucut was a competitive bid. What set them apart was their focus on customer service. Emily took the time through phone calls and email to educate me on how they would handle our yard given the slope and runoff problems we were having. We were anxious to get the job done because of the erosion issues and Donald came out on a Sunday to complete the job! The entire team was professional, courteous and completed the job well under the expected time.
