Company does not service my area.

Very polite company owner handled everything as requested.

My husband and I were tired of taking care of our lawn. We'd had enough of mowing, edging, fertilizing, watering and all the headaches that lawn care can bring. We are getting older and just didn't have the time or inclination to spend all weekend taking care of grass. I called Acucut after seeing some of their reviews on Angie's List and I have to say, it was the best call I ever made to a contractor. My lawn was completely taken out and I had a whole new front yard in 2 1/2 days! I have beautiful plants with gorgeous blooms and much texture and variety. Our yard is (in my opinion) the prettiest on the street. We've had many people stop and even take pictures! From the people who laid the flagstone and pea gravel (Brayden, Scott and Curtis) to Ms. Emily in the office to Donald and his men who planted all the beautiful plants and laid the pine straw, the communication was flawless and the work, impeccable. I cannot fault it. My husband and I are both very picky about things and there isn't one thing I would change about how our project was handled. I would highly recommend this company and will most certainly use them again. I am hoping to have them come back out in the fall or winter and renovate my backyard. :)

Called to get estimate for new flower beds, mulch, and cleaning up existing ones. Gentleman came out was on time looked around asked what we wanted said they would send pictures of different plants, flowers etc... along with estimate. never heard from them again.. He did seem as if he was in a rush as he never turned his truck off left it running on the street and stated he had 3 other appointments. Would not even be writing a review but the one thing that was discussed was that this was the 3rd landscape company I had tried to just to get estimates on and could get no one to show up, I was assured they would follow through. Which is why I will give them a D they did show up.. Just never heard from them again.. Ended up just doing it myself.

Did not go well. I know nothing about plants and when they couldn't provide the plant they suggested they wanted me to tell them what I wanted. I had no idea and told them so and I guess it annoyed them and suggested I go elsewhere.

Everything went smooth and grass is still alive and growing!

They came on one day and tore out the old dead weed filled area. They laid the sod well within their estimated time frame. They came in and left quickly with very little disruption of our lives. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

Donny did a great job with estimating and performing the work. The yard looked great after they were finished!

They have been servicing our yard for four months now and have done an exceptional job. We had an extraordinary amount of rain in September and they would come by and determine the grass was too wet to cut. We would then receive an email explaining the decision. Also, the weather certainly and expectingly backed them up, but we receive emails explaining that situation and giving us an ETA for service. The look of the year has improved dramatically. This is a first rate company that I highly recommend.

The team, including the owner of the company, arrived in the morning and removed the existing dead grass that was in the spots where the new sod was being installed. After carting the dead grass away, they returned a couple of hours later to install the new sod. They blew away any dirt/debris that was left over from the install. All of my questions on how to care for the new sod were answered. Overall, the job was done on time, and it was done well. Two weeks later and the sod looks great.

All plants and mulch were exactly as promised. Arrived right in time, did work efficiently and effectively and it looks very nice. I will very likely change my lawn and spray service I have had for many years to AcuCut. I would certainly recommend nth is company.

Purchased the 500 sq/ft installation for 499.00 on 9/21/15. Received a call back to schedule the installation and was advised that this would be pushed out to mid-October due to scheduling bottlenecks. Due to the seasonality with laying the sod, I expressed concern with promptness of getting the sod in sooner rather than later and was told that I would be placed on an "ASAP" status/first availability. I scheduled the measurement for the sod to take place on Friday, Sep. 25th, and had already read some of the previous reviews about scheduling delays but remained cautiously optimistic. On Thursday, the day before my measurement appt. I received a call advising me that Friday would not be feasible due to backups as a result of rainy weather conditions, and offered a weekend appointment instead. When I called back I expressed some concern via voicemail of some of the reviews that I had read regarding delayed scheduling and said that if they could not accommodate the originally scheduled appt. on Friday, I would consider requesting a refund (available via Big Deal promotion). The voicemail back was simply that they could not accommodate Friday, and to "double-check" the website/source that I was referencing as there were no negative reviews to this effect. Basically they were willing to forgo a $500 dollar job for a 20 minute appointment and implicated a level of dishonest on my part- frankly there are too many other competitors with better responsiveness/promptness that I would rather do business with. A note to the servicer- take ownership of your reviews before pushing away a potential client. Would not recommend, and requested a full refund.

They did pretty good. It took a little bit longer than we thought. I think they did a pretty good job. They came out a couple of days after I contacted them. We ended having to pay more because we got more stuff. Everything is alive. I guess I would recommend them.

We purchased the Angie's list deal for a certain number of plants to be installed. When Donald came out we explained that we wanted more then just the Angie's list deal. Donald came to the house and walked the entire yard with my wife. She wanted a lot of work to be done, with beds moved, new plants installed across the entire back, side and front yard... including some grass replacement. Donald had great ideas on what plants to add and how to change the look of our landscaping. On the selected day the crew showed up and did an outstanding job.. Donald (the owner) was on site both days working alongside his team. Along the way Donald wanted to make sure my wife was totally satisfied with the selection and work. They cleaned up everyday and we have a great looking landscape again ..... Great Job ! Donald and Emily are first rate and I would recommend them to anyone.

It couldn't have gone better. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were quick to place the plants and then prepare the ground for planting. Donald even planted a couple of plants that I had sitting in pots in the back yard for me. We also talked about mulching the beds and he came within a couple of days to deliver and spread the mulch in all the beds. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

They were very quick in getting in touch with me to set up an appointment which I appreciated. We didn't have a place in a yard for a tree and they were more than happy to substitute the tree for more flowers and bushes. Best of all I got my favorite bush which wasn't on the original list-- hydrangeas! They did show up a bit late on the appointment day, but everyone was very nice and got the job done quickly and everything looks great! Now just waiting for everything to bloom :)

They come weekly. They usually come on Tuesday. They pretty much do full service. They do some weeding. The quality depends on who comes. We don't have a set time I think we are there last stop due to they live close to our area. There are three people who do the work. I have used them for four months.

Quality of shrubs and installation was fine.

Owner came out to meet us and go over the options. He was on time, knowledgeable and flexible. When they showed up to do the installation, they were quick and cleaned up completely. They even helped us get a few plants we bought into the ground.

After a small miscommunication, we both agreed to work out the issue and I was very pleased with the responsiveness and helpful advice. We finished about two weeks ago and it all looks great!

It went well -- they said what they were going to do and did it. The estimates were both off slightly and we had to add more sod to the bill to complete them. I do not believe they charged us any additional labor for the mistake -- just the cost of the sod. I would happily use them again.

They did what was expected of them and did a good job.
