We are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with your company. We arrived to our appointment with you right on time, but you were not home. We waited for 10 minutes, and you did not arrive or answer the phone, so we had to leave. 1 hour later, you called and asked if we could come back, but we were already too far away to return. We told you we would call to re-schedule and we did that, but were unable to ever reach you. We never received any messages from you. We wish you all the best and apologize for any misunderstandings.

Description of Work: They've only done basic lawn mowing service. They were prompt & professional; Emily is a delight to speak with. The only reason I did not rate them highly on responsiveness is that I am now in need of more comprehensive yard work & they were unavailable within my time frame. I will still use them for this work but am disappointed that the service will have to be delayed.
