Not good......

They did not do any work.

Outstanding, the yard looked great!

The crew were on time, got their instructions and worked hard until it was done. They did a great job. I have contracted them for another job. I will continue to employ them in the future.

Arrived on time and worked very professionally. One bag was left and they left that for future touch-ups. Yard looks great!

Great. They did the work that I can't do anymore. They made it look a whole lot nicer.

They removed a dozen palmettos and bushes, weeded and did a general cleaning of the beds. Placed everything in the dumpster. The guys were great and left the place spotless. Would defintely use again.

Troy and Jeff were excellent representative for the company, knowledgable and task orientated and so very gracious. It was a pleasure having them at my house. I have now scheduled them to come back and make some of the major changes I have wanted to do but just worried I wouldn't get done right. I'm not worried anymore. I highly recommend Action.

Action Irrigation (Troy and Jeff) did a great job of spreading the mulch and repairing our sprinkler system leak. They were both very professional, productive, and got the job done in the pre-paid time-frame. My husband and I are very satisfied with the work they performed and we would recommend Action Irrigation to our friends and family in the future. Again, job well done, thanks.

Both men, on their hands and knees, weeded and raked all flower beds, and did an excellent job. I was very happy with the job they did and will use them in the future.

The guys were on time and polite. As I had similar work done last year by another company, I thought all the work would be done. That other company, a husband and wife, cleared all the weeds and vines, trimmed all the bushes and small trees and the flower beds were clean. They also cut down all the debris and either removed it or bagged it and left it ready to be picked up by the regular hauler; and they did it in two hours. Action Irrigation and Landscaping did indicate that the service was for two providers at two hours each, but much less work was done than I expected. Right after I signed up for this job, the company ran another special, this time for 3 hours each for two providers at $199.00. This is $60 more than the special I got but, you got an extra hour of work. The provider told me while I chatted with him in the yard that if they could not get all the work done, but wanted more done, the rate would be $100 more. Not sure if that was per hour or...? I declined. I understand that the fine print of the offer indicates that the customer would pay the normal rates if more work than was originally contracted for was wanted, so I do not blame Action Irrigation and Landscaping. The company I used last year quoted $200.00 for this same job and the work was done in the same amount of time as the job this year. This year I paid less and got less. Next time, I will do what I normally do: I will get bids on the work for the total job that needs to be done and not pay by the hour. All in all, Action Irrigation and Landscaping did a fair job.

Outstanding service !! On time, worked non-stop for the agreed upon amount of time. Had several helpful suggestions. Far exceeded my expectations regarding the amount of work I could expect. Suzanne in the office was very helpful in the scheduling. Troy was outstanding in the actual execution of the work... I would request him for future services. Very happy with their work...will definitely use them in the future.

Troy, and I think it was Bill, were on time, courteous and kept saying "what else"! It would have taken me several weekends to do what they did in two hours. Very pleased with their level of professionalism, they represent the company well.

They did a great job, I paid for 1 extra hour of work, but will need to have them back out, they had another appointment so it could not be finished that day. Would be better if someone could have seen the work to be performed to judge amount of time it would take. I Will use them to finish.

I made an online appointment, and had to make a change to it, so I called the office. It was early so no one answered and I left no message because I was in a hurry. Suzanne saw my name on the appointment logs and caller ID and called me to make sure that everything was alright. Great customer service. Josh arrived at my appointment for my estimate on time, quoted me and explained the process in a reasonable amount of time. I booked him that day, he and his team completed the work the next week. They arrived on time and finished within their estimated window- it took them a little over 2 hours to dig up old lines, cap off where needed, and add new sprinkler heads. They trained me on the system and explained more than one would ever think there was to know about watering a yard :) They were polite, friendly, prompt, professional and informative. They even advised me about sod and grass seeds. I will definitely be calling them with any future sprinkler needs.

There were no issues with scheduling and the technician that came out was really helpful. We would definitely use them if we needed to have the work done.

The experience was very good. I would recommend them. They were on time and did the work I asked them to do. They were good. The price was average compared to other companies. I've used them more than once.

I was actually quite impressed. They did really well for a service company. They are professional and courteous. I had no problems with them.

When I asked for the bill he said don't worry about. Naturally I was surprised, but he said they were in the vicinity anyway so he felt it was no big deal as he did not really repair anything. Well it was to me. I bought them a cold drink and they went on their way. Naturally he will be called back to do my landscaping very shortly.

I called Action Irrigation to complain that I had a receipt for a new pump and I did not have a new pump. I was told that the price was not right for a new pump and that because he was a small business man he could not replace it. He stated that I had received service because they came out there twice. I pointed out to him that my receipt clearly states 1. Service Call - $68.00, 2. Replace 1 1/4 Brass Check Valve - $100.00, 3. Replace 1 horse Jet Motor/Seal Plate, Defuser ring Gasket and Impeller. $500.00 4. 1 year warranty on all work and materials. Total cost: $668.00 He may be a small business man but I am a home owner that feels like I did not get what I was told. I would not and will not do business with this company. They did respond to my call, They did come to my house twice. The owner did email me several times. The bottom line is I am out money and had to pay another company to repair the problem. I was not willing to have this company come out to my house for anything less than replacing a pump, which is what I thought I had paid for in the first place. I had /have no confidence in this company.

First they came out and installed a new timer and a few other parts to get my sprinkler operational. The technician that came out was friendly, punctual, very knowledgeable and fair. He did a good job for a fair price. I mentioned that I was looking for somebody to completely re-design my entire property and he said they did that, too, and I should talk to Josh. I had purchased a landscape design from another landscaper but the design was never completed and the provider wasn't "full-service" meaning I had to coordinate all the hardscapes, statues, etc with the landscaper. Too much work. But that was the other guy. I called Suzanne back at Action and she got Josh to come check out my property. Josh quoted everything that I needed done and even offered to do more work once they started. I was thoroughly impresssed with a) how much they got done in just a few days, b) the quality of work and attention to detail they put in, c) the price! I feel good about the price relative to the work I will be calling them for any more work I'll need done in the future. Neighbors, friends, and passers-by comment frequently on how great the yard looks. A project that had been dragging on for months was done within 3 weeks of my first conversation with Josh. "Action" is an appropriate name for this business!

Very well each time (5 visits) Josh always knowledgable and swift. Suzanne helpful and communicative. On old system need much help as it had been neglected by previous owners.
