We initially had a pleasant meeting with Steve, explained our needs (and wants), and dicussed timeframe concerns. Steve addressed all of our issues, understood our needs, made excellent notes, and promised a quote and timeline the next day which he delivered. His quote was more than reasonable and the timeline met our needs. We accepted his proposal.
Since we were in Tampa, Steve constantly communicated his progress with us and even provided photos. He and his crew did amazing work and actually constructed my wife's and quot;dream kitchenand quot; (which, unfortunately she doesn't get to use now). Our new tenants also love it as well.

I have used Accredited Home Repair as my exclusive contractor for all my home remodels and rental repairs. I have found them to be the absolute best value in the business. Great work and service at a very reasonable price. Steve Frederick, the owner, communicates directly and timely with his customers and is a fair, hard-working man. Their website is www.oldhouserepair.com. They do everything, but specialize in historical property renovations.
