Access Termite Pest Control is operated by David Eldridge and Rosemary Stearns. We offer $25 off any signed annual service agreement for new customers and $25 off for each valid referral from existing customers. Discounts are given for annual payment or customers can pay monthly.

Services we offer

Moisture Manager-a periodic treatment that allows plants to survive twice as long between irrigations.We offer other green products which reduce the need for expensive fertilizers & keep your lawn & plants green & lush. We provide pest control services for homes, lawns & businesses. We do commercial & residential termite spray & bonds. When service is complete we leave you a service ticket stating what we found, what we did, what you need to do & what chemicals were applied.

We do not provide tree-trimming, mowing, landscaping or pruning services but we do partner with other small businesses to help you find the services you need.

Took multiple efforts including threatening to report to BBB to get him to return and when he finally did, he said he had only sprayed for fire ants and I had another type. This was just two weeks after his treatment. He would tell me he would be right over and then just drive away. This happened 2 or 3 times. Ignored phone calls also.

We do not nor have we ever had a service agreement with this client for lawn service. We have never had a pest control service agreement for this client. We treated for fire ants one (1) time and returned for follow-ups at no additional charge until the issue was resolved. While at the premises, we eliminated several hornets nests for this client at no charge. We are as close as a phone call.

I will never let him go because he is really good. I have a 10 year thing with him for the termites. I have found absolutely nothing wrong with this guy. I call him and he is right here. I had bugs that were eating the lawn and nobody else could get rid of them. I called him and he was here; within a few days they were gone. He is very good. They are really reasonable and I am happy with the price. There is not a set time for him to come. He comes when he needs to and he leaves the bill and tells me if I need to water.
Description of Work: I use Access Termite & Pest Control six times a year to do my lawn. He also does my termite.
