He found the problem. explained the cause and cost, and fixed the problem. I highly recommend this business for any A/C work needed because of their knowledge, professional work ethics, and honesty. The technician was not clear about the whole price from the beginning, I was told that my unit is one of the worse. After charging the system, he could not identify the location of a leak and attempt to charge more for additional services that would not guarantee to fix the leak problem. I was charged over $200 and the problem remains with no A/C.

They are very honest. When I called an explained what I needed, they said they just didn't do that type of work. I respect that kind of answer even if I had to continue my search. I much prefer that kind of response than someone who wastes my time by leading me on and in the end doesn't do the work or doesn't do it well. I also felt like that I was talking directly to someone who knows the business - not just a dispatcher or receptionist. That's important as well.
