Description of Work: Thomas cleaned up the computer to make it more efficient, downloaded some additional programs and malware, and enabled the printer to become responsive again.

 + 1 moreI called Thomas at about 5:00 and asked if he could come the next afternoon. He said he couldn't, but he could come about 7:30 if that would be all right. He showed up on time and went right to work. He was able to fix our printer problem and then asked if there was anything else he could help us with. Since we had recently gotten a new computer with an 8.1 operating system, we did have him explain and simplify some of the computer functions. He was a very personable and capable young man. We would definitely call him again.
Description of Work: Corrected a problem we were having with our printer.

Description of Work: My computer was starting to run very slow and do unexpected actions. Finally it "blue screened" which is a likely death for the computer, but he was able to turn it around. It has been a while since we used his services so I don't remember the exact details, but he got it up and running well again.

 + -1 moreGreat. I have been using Abundant Compuer Services since 2012 and will continue to do so for as long as we live here. Thomas is very knowledgeable and very user friendly. He takes his time in explaining what needs to be done, or how you, the user can do it. He just is simply a terrific person!
Description of Work: Thomas cleaned up my PC, updated security software, installed a new back-up program. He also advised us on how to connect the Xbox to the TV and install programs.
