Able Carpet Repair

Very satisfied with the work on stretching the hallway carpet, and repairing the seam where it joined the bedroom. Jim, and Henry, tackled a mess created by another carpet company and made the carpet look like the day it was installed a few years ago. Quality work, conscientious for the best results, pays attention to detail and complete clean up after the work was completed. Definitely would hire again and highly recommend Able Carpet to others.

I called Able Carpet Repair on Monday. The next day Jim and Mike showed up promptly at 9:00 AM as we agreed. They cut out the damaged carpet and replaced it with extra that I saved when the carpet was originally installed. They obviously take great pride in their work. They matched it in so well that no one would even know a repair had been done. The next time I have new carpet installed I'm going to get these guys to do the job even if the retailer has their own guys they want to use!

Hired Able Carpets to repair a section of a bedroom carpet that a tenets cat had destroyed. I also figured while he was there to stretch the carpets back out. He was prompt and courteous with his phone calls. Arrived on time at the house (I know because he called asking for the lockbox combo, I had forgotten to give it to him). He then called back about 5 minutes later to let me know that he wasn't going to stretch the carpets b/c they didn't need it. He could have easily "stretched" them, billed me, and I wouldn't have been any wiser. Honest! Will hire again in the future. Oh - and he repaired the carpet expertly! You would never be able to know that a repair had occured!
