From the first search online, the web site was informative and easy to use. Immediate contact via Email with a Customer Service contact number. I called the 1-800 number and the customer service there was prompt and professional. The Store called me after the weekend as informed and the staff is kind, friendly and informative. The delivery drivers were courteous and called in enough time for me to be home for the delivery. There was a slight ding in the refrigerator and the driver immediately called Will, the Manager, and we made arrangments for the door to be replaced this week. I expect no less service from it either. The on-line coupon was an added bonus especially in an surprise slight emergency of our home refrigerator going out on a weekend and no repair vendors available. I would recommend Aaron's when your in a pinch. My only recommendation would be to be able to fill out the application on-line prior to the store calling you to obtain the same information. I wish the item we ordered was in stock so we wouldn't have had to wait a week for a new refrigerator. The door was slightly dented, but I forgive them because we saw it all wrapped up and protected. Things do happen, oh boy do we know!
