overall it was an awesome experience. They came in and introduced themselves and got to work right away. They helped my husband carry out the furniture and they helped to sweep up the floor once the debris was on the floor. After the work was completed they helped bring in the furniture. Everyone that assisted with this project did an excellent job.

From the start, Wade and team were VERY professional. He came prepared with all of his documentation, licenses, etc. Upon inspecting the walls to be painted, they pointed out some areas that needed drywall work. While we were hesitant at first (it's a brand new house), we're so glad we took Wade's recommnedation on having drywall work done. Wade's drywall guys were very friendly and obviously experts at what they do. As for the actual paint, Wade recommended and we used Sherwin-Williams' top of the line paint, which he got for us at a great discount. Prior to actually applying the paint, the guys sanded down any rough patches, filled nail holes, and made the walls look great. From the word go, the team worked hard and tirelessly. They were very thorough and took no shortcuts. The paint job looks amazing. In addition, the guys also cleaned our upper windows and casings since they had the ladder out and were up there (an Angie's List special!). Paint slops and mistakes that the builder had originally done were fixed and cleaned up. They even offered to touch up some trim work at no additional cost. It was evening when the job was completed, so Wade asked to come back and see it the following day just to make sure everything looked perfect. Needless to say, we were very impressed with the request. Throughout the project Wade and team went above and beyond what they were paid to do. These guys are truly Master Painters and we will be using them again for any of our painting needs.

Company came to the house to give us a quote the same day we contacted them. Two persons came to the home, including the owner of the company. The price was reasonable. They started painting the house the next day and finished the home by the end of the week. Any blemishes in the wall were sanded. It was an even coat of paint. They were careful not to spill, and used drop cloths. We were very pleased.

We had a hard time finding someone that we were comfortable with to do both our framing and drywall needs. I joined Angieslist.com in hopes to find someone. Wade came to our house to give us an estimate and was extremely thorough spending about 30 minutes with us talking about our options. He even took a piece of the drywall off so he could better see what kind of framing work the wall would need (of course after asking first). When he called us with his estimate he made sure to go over everything in depth and was even willing to work with us on the price to get the estimate within our budget. All of the work was done in one day exactly as we needed it to be. Wade was very personable and knowledgeable and we will definitely consider him again on the next renovation project.

The painters that the team brought in were all very honest and trustworthy. The team had a tight deadline prior to us moving in, and they made the deadline without a problem. We even let the team just stay at our house for the week they they were working so they could get the job done. Another thing I like about AAA Advanced Residential Rehab is they would suggest that you should have something else done and he just goes ahead and does it. Most contractors reccomend stuff, but then they come back and keep adding more to the price. AAA Advanced Residential Rehab pricing is honest and fair. I highly reccomend AAA Advanced Residential Rehab, they will make sure that the job is done right and they come back if something needs to be touched up with no complaints.

We were delighted to have used this company to paint our living room and dining room. During the initial phone call, Wade pulled his vehicle over to take down our information and listen to our needs. This made us feel like he valued our business and would devote time to listen to us. He was not the most inexpensive quote that we received but in the end we felt the extra money we spent was very visible in the quality of work. They were able to jump right in and start the job within a couple of days. I was surprised at the amount of prep work that they did to my walls prior to painting them. I have never seen that much detail put into prep work for painting. They even re-caulked our molding because he said it would make it look better in the end! In addition to painting, he also performed dry wall repair from where we had torn a wall down to make a bigger room. We were highly satisfied with all of the work that was performed. Also, the level of communication was the absolute best that I have ever experienced. You were always informed on what was going on. We will be using him again. His entire crew showed the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

After receiving 2 other bids, I met with Wade from AAA. His bid wasn't the lowest of the 3, but he was the most professional and friendly. He offered a overall price or a daily rate for his services. I ended up going with the daily rate and I cannot believe how much he got done in such a short period of time. Overall I was very satisfied with the balance of quality of work and cost. I'm glad I went with AAA, my house looks great!!
