What impressed me on our initial meeting was that Wade was prompt, right on time. He came in and introduced himself, showed me all his paperwork, liscenses, etc were up to date, current and in proper order. He listened to what I needed, looked at the job, explained what he could do and immediately wrote up n estimate for me. He was very easy to work with as was his carpenters Sam and Ryan. I was extremely pleased with their work!!! I would definitely recommend them to others!

Overall experience was excellent. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. On the day of the quote, they were very detailed on the amount of work required and the challenges of the project. They put everything in writing, so there are no doubts. Once we agreed on the total amount, they took a deposit (less than half of the total) and told us to pay the balance when the project was finished. Their quote was for labor only, but told us what materials will be needed. They even went with us to the home improvement store to help us select the materials and carry it home. The project took 2 days. The staff is hard working people that arrived on time and worked non-stop from 9AM to 5PM. They took care to ensure everything was aligned correctly and that every detail/finish was taken care of. At the end of the project, they reviewed everything with us to ensure they met our expectations. To keep the house clean, they placed plastic drop cloth to avoid staining the carpets and, at the end of the day, cleaned the entrance door. We highly recommend AAA Advanced Residential Rehab.

Wades and his team team Jim and Mike did an absolutely fantastic job painting the house. They even repaired a seam in my wall where when built they didn't tape it correctly and it kept showing through. They were patient, meticulous, very professional and extremely clean. I would recommend AAA and Wade to anyone. they are fair and most of all do fantastic work.

We ordered new windows up to code and with the low e and argon. They look beautiful. Of course nothing can go easy upon removing the old contractor windows we realized they were not packed or sealed and there was some damage. Assuming it would be another added cost Wade and his team said no problem we can make this happen and proceeded to put in the windows. They made sure they were sealed correctly, insulated, then went ahead and re-framed the windows to match our hardy board. The prior windows had cheap plywood surrounds which were falling apart due. The windows look fantastic and Wade and Sam did a fantastic job not only do they work but they look fantastic. The workmanship is outstanding Sam is extremely detailed oriented and both him and Wade made sure the work was 100%. AAA Advance is extremely professional, prompt and very clean. You would never know they were in your house except they leave it better than how they found it. I would recommend this company to anyone i met and will absolutely use them again in the future. Wade and his team are the consummate professionals and you will always be happy with their work. They offer you fantastic work at a reasonable price.

Overall, we were very pleased with the work performed by Wade and his team. From the time he arrived to conduct the estimate, Wade was very professional. He provided many photos to document his past work, so we were confident he would do great work. He and his team worked diligently to get the work we needed done prior to our move-in date, which was extremely convenient for us. My husband and I were very comfortable leaving him access to the house as needed, which meant fewer trips across town to unlock/lock up the house. The wallpaper removal went quickly, considering how challenging some of it was, and the team also fixed any imperfections in the walls prior to painting. The paint went on beautifully (thanks in part to an extra coat or two - thank you Wade!) and we're extremely happy with the work. We plan to use Wade and his team for an exterior painting project soon.

Wade and his guys were great, we have owned three homes now and AAA has been the easiest painter we have worked with. He subcontracted the floor work and I was a little worried, but it turned out for no reason, the guy was great and did an incredible job in a very short period of time. I will definitely use AAA when we get ready to redo the kitchen! The price was fair, and the quality was better than good!

Spoke to Wade to get a quote on the door install - great price for the amount of work to be done. Sam was able to come out the next week to complete the install. Showed up on time, brought all the tools, and did a thorough walk-through and inventory of the doors. He completed the work and vacuumed up the dust! He was very respectful and courteous. I work from home, so the noise was a factor, but he made sure to check with me before starting anything noisy on the inside of the house. And the best part is that the doors look amazing! Far better than I could ever have done and certainly a lot faster. Well worth the cost.

I was delighted with the attention to detail given to my project. Wade was very diligent in understanding my requirements and producing an acceptable quote for the work to be done. The gentleman he sent to do the bulk of the work, Sam, was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond to find the best materials for the most reasonable cost and his work was impeccable. He truly worked on my house as if it were his own. He was also very neat, cleaning up as he went along. Also, the work was completed ahead of schedule. AAA Advanced Residential Rehab exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this company for any home remodeling project.

The painter arrived on time, was very professional and did a very good job.

Originally, I had planned on removing old wallpaper and border from the master bedroom myself. After 10 hours and many gouges later, I gave up and called this company. The owner responded quickly and came out the same day to do an estimate. He inspected the job, gave me an estimate, schedule and references on the spot. The next day, they came out and repaired and prepped the walls to include patching and sanding. The day after that, they came out and painted the ceiling and walls perfectly. The work done was professional, just as expected and in the time frame promised. I am very satisfied with this company and plan on using them for future remodeling projects.

Great quality paint job at a fair price. The senior painter on the job was especially good. They started the job on time and worked everyday until completed. The job took a bit longer than promised but the attention to detail and finished product were well worth the extra few days.

It could not have gone better. Touch up was completed as soon as we called to notify Wade Tiller that in two places the grouting had shrunka little. That was immediately corrected. The price was exactly what had been originally quoted and very reasonable.

All I can say is I LOVE my counter tops! The owner, Wade, recommended the company, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. The company rep showed my husband and me the fabrication process which was very impressive. He also met me at the granite company to help choose slabs. I ended up with two exotic slabs (African Ivory) that were gorgeous. There were some delays in the installation process, but it was so worth the wait. Prior to scheduling the install, I received drawings of exactly how the slabs were going to be cut and bookmatched. It really was awesome! The installation itself took 4 hours and the installers were professional, friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. I received a 16 gauge stainless steel sink as part of the purchase price. I have received countless compliments on my counter tops and it's truly a pleasure to cook in my kitchen! I had AAA Advanced Residential Rehab remove the old counter tops as they were much cheaper than the granite company. I was surprised that it was only one person, but he had the counter tops out in just under an hour. Amazing! Wade follows up on each job and makes sure it's done right. If you want a contractor that takes pride in his work and business, this is the guy for you.

Wade and his company did an EXCELLENT job on pressure washing, caulking, priming and painting the exterior of my house. He follows the specifications for the materials he works with to ensure that the job is not just done correctly, but perfectly. Wade helped me with many aspects of my project and is highly knowledgeable in his craft and knows his trade inside out. He is trustworthy, easy to reach and always there when needed to help. For my project he allowed me to purchase the materials and I got a significant discount from the paint store as he does so much business there. In addition to that, he referred me to a reliable stucco contractor that gave me an excellent price. He referred me to people that could do very accurate paint matching and who gave me very detailed insight as to the right paint product for my needs. His employees are of a very high caliber and have passion about doing things right. Our deal was for a one coat application of paint, but they decided they wanted to put two coats at no extra charge because they want it to look no less than perfect. They were on time and worked to get the job done without the need for supervision. They also kept all my shrubs and sidewalks clean of paint drippings by covering them up with dust cloths. He is a perfectionist at his craft and ONLY knows how to do a good job. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. If you are looking for someone good, consider Wade.

This is a company not only out to make a living but out to make a name for themselves. Professional, attentive and didn't leave me cleaning up for days after they left. The work was done expertly. The people that came into my home were courteous, respectful, honest and hard-working. The owner checked in with his staff on numerous occasions, doing some of the work alongside the employees. Best experience I've had with any home repair project. I'm a happy customer wishing all companies handled business this way.

The experience was great. The day I called, they scheduled time to assess the shed, within 2 hours. The very next day the shed was removed from yard by 5pm. I felt very happy and well taken care of. Their level of responsiveness and follow up was very professional and timely. I would definitely use this company again.

Responded quickly once we were ready for work to be completed. Tile floor was done in a very timely manner and looks great! Hardwood foyer came next and that was done quick. They are very concerned about doing a good job and we are happy with the work. We will be using this company to redo our entire house a couple of rooms at a time and look forward to working with them again. Also they always know who can help with other issues such as design or where to buy supplies... Very helpful!

They started the project on a Saturday, arriving a bit late but ready to start when they did arrive. They completed my bedroom 1st so I would not be inconvienenced with the painting process. They taped and put up plastic to minimize the dust and/or damage when they sprayed the ceiling then they wiped down most of the surfaces after to assist with putting the house back in order. They moved any furniture that needed to be moved in the house and moved all items in the garage themselves. They did not restore complete order to my house after they were done but it was almost put back to where it was before they started. They accidently pulled out a wire to my garage door but paid for the repair without any hesitation. Accidents will happen so how they are handled is key to me. I have more painting planned for the future and will probably use them for that as well. The owner and his crew are very pleasant. He talks a bit much for me but since I did not hang around to watch them work, it was not an issue. I did trust them to work unsupervised while I was at work.

On time, within budget, performed task in the time frame projected. You can't go wrong having these guys doing what needs to be done. We will be seeing a lot more of them in the future.

The whole process went very well. I called Mr. Tiller on a Friday late in the afternoon and by Monday he had visited us and submitted a bid, which was very reasonable and included the Angie's List discount. It was so reasonable that we decided to have him paint the rest of the interior save for my husband's office. We had one "glitch" when I forgot to notify the man at the gate that the crew was coming through for the fourth day in a row but Mr. Tiller "rolled with the punches" and reset our schedule for the following Monday. (There was a new man substituting for the usual man at the gate and he was adamant that he would not inform us about our failure to tell him this crew was coming through nor would he let the crew through under any circumstances. Obviously, in addition to his strong work ethic, Mr. Tiller has a remarkably calm disposition and accepts setbacks with equanimity and as challenges rather than unsolvable problems. That also is a very fine quality for someone doing painting and overall rehab work.)

They called and said they would be running a little behind due to traffic. They picked up my paint and supplies for me and still arrived on time. They were friendly and efficient. And even when there was a minor error due to miscommunication, it was corrected quickly and professionally without any complaints or stress. They did a beautiful job and can't wait until we are ready for them to start our next project.

Natalie got in touch right away and we scheduled an appointment. This was the best money ever spent. I wanted to go from a blas? look of all beige to a color scheme that would be natural but have more than one color with an accent wall. In just one hour we had a color palette that I really love. Natalie was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and most of all, patient! The painting will start Tuesday, and I can't wait to see the finished result. I have no doubt that it will exceed my expectations. I'll submit another report after the painting job is complete. For those of you that need some color "guidance," this is the way to go. Wade is great to work with and has helped so much in coordinating this project.

This was our second time using Wade Tiller/AAA. Several years ago, Wade completed some tile repair in one of our bath showers, and also tiled our hallway. We were very pleased with his work, so we asked him to come in for this additional work. Wade and his team started with our bath, and quickly discovered that our home builder had improperly installed the wallpaper (no sizing), and this caused the drywall underneath the wallpaper to tear. Wade quickly had a drywall expert come by, and he was able to quote an estimate for completing a venetian plaster finish, which covered the drywall tearing very quickly and efficiently. Wade's painters then completed the paint job. The kitchen painting went very well also. We also had plumbing issues when the toilet was removed to complete the wallpaper removal. The water returns had rusted and needed to be replaced. As our toilet was about 20 years old, we decided to replace it. While Wade and his workers were at our home, I asked about some other work: additional painting, and some water damage repair. Wade was very accommodating about the additional painting, and was able to also take care of the water damage (carpentry and drywall work) while he was there as well. Wade's team was extremely courteous, professional, and their cost estimates were very reasonable. They also cleaned up after themselves each day. I think what I liked the most was how quickly and efficiently the workers were able to come by and complete the extra work. Wade has a wide range of contacts. I would definitely use AAA again, and I highly recommend their work!

The owner of AAA (Wade) did all the work from start to finish. He was always ontime, very professional, did excellent work, and his price was very reasonable. I would without a doubt use this company again and highly recommend! A+ service all the way!
