Wade was very prompt in estimate; A little rocky start due to scheduling issues, but once we got Jimmy on the job all went very well and smoothly.

We are extremely happy with all the worked completed by this company. All the employees performing the services were professional and went out of their way to provide extra service without adding to the already quoted price. We would definately use this company again.

The media room looks great and Wade was on top of the job the entire time. Wade was very responsive and did everything to make me completely happy. The quality of his contractors was exceptional and very pleasant to work with. The only problem I had was that I supplied all the materials including some items that were not needed, so there were some materials that needed to be returned. The total cost of the supplies came to approximately $2,000 and the labor was $2,000.

WOW. Couldn?t be more pleased with the work performed by Wade and AAA Advanced Residential Rehab. I initially contacted Wade based on his 100% ?A? rating from Angie?s List reviewers to paint all interior trim and doors and to tile the guest bath. I quickly understood why he had received all ?A? ratings. From the first time I met with Wade, I knew he was all about doing the job right and not just getting the job done. And all at a reasonable price. Wade was knowledgeable and all of his people were skilled and professional. Wade recommends the highest quality materials which are purchased by the homeowner, but they are well worth the minimal additional costs. The work was started and completed on time and the quality of work was beyond my expectations.

We did not actually book with Wade, but wanted to offer a comment in Angie's List anyway because we were so pleased with Wade's responsiveness, punctuality, innovative ideas, and willingness to do whatever was necessary to make us happy. We had complete freedom to deal directly with his cabinet company, which made it easier to obtain designs. The ONLY reason we did not go with Wade is that we wanted a more seamless arrangement, i.e. only one person to deal with, with little effort required on our part. (e.g. we would have had to find movers if we wanted help with cleanout & moving of items from our garage). However, we do plan to call Wade whenever we have any other type of renovation - either indoor or outdoor because we liked his attitude, responsiveness, and pricing.

I emailed Wade and he called me right back and setup an appointment the next day. Wade even helped us find an interior decorator at a very reasonable rate to help choose a color scheme we would be happy with. Wade provided and estimate, we accepted the job and he was able to schedule work for that week. It worked out well for us since we were going to be out of town for a few days and allowed the painters to get access without us being in the way. We were able to buy our own materials at Sherwin Williams and even received Wade's contractor discount. Wade recommended Duration paint and we are very happy with the choice. It looks amazing compared to the contractor grade paint that was on the walls previously and will clean and touch-up easily. Previously, we have never used professional painters but can tell a huge difference. Every room looks great! We found a few areas that needed some touch-ups and Wade's guys came out the next day to resolve. They even went through and found additional areas and made sure everything was perfect. We have two young children and everyone at AAA Advanced Residential Rehab were very family friendly and professional. You won't be disappointed if you choose this company!

I especially loved the framing guys, they showed up exactly when they said they would and worked HARD while they were here. Framing was done in 2.5 days, day off, then drywall done in 2 days, painting finished one day after that, so total time 1 week. Painter went above and beyond by painting the other walls inside the new room as well, and everything looks absolutely beautiful.

Did a great job once again! Initial job was to replace sliding glass door from kitchen onto back patio. Once into the job, workers realized there was a lot of wood rot, which caused structural damage to the house. Estimated damage repair was $4500 prior to starting the repairs. Came down in price to $2000, and realized as the job was being complete that it was not going to require as much work as initially thought. Damage repairs ended up costing only $1200. Because of their honesty, we saved $3300!!! We are extremely happy with the precise, clean, and quality work done by Sam and GoPal. Thank you again to a wonderful job done by AAA. Ready for the next job!

Wade from AAA Advanced Residential Rehab responded promptly to my phone call and produced an estimate for labor for the project. He also provided us with assistance in choosing the proper tile and explained the grading systems for hardness and texture. He also provided us with a list of places to go search for tile and a list of all items needed for the complete job. When I called Wade to accept the job bid, he scheduled the tiler and the start date. The tile man was on time, helpful and a master of his trade. My wife and I cannot say enough about his professionalism and skill. He removed the kitchen appliances and bathroom toilet then removed the old vinyl, scraped the floors and started laying the new tile. The job was difficult due to the slab floor having bumps. He carefully checked every corner of the 20 inch tile and lifted and re-mudded as needed to provide a floor you could shoot marbles on. The layout was perfect. He finished the job by replacing the toe molding and grouting. Next Wade sent a painter over, who also showed up on time, was professional and a real expert at his craft. He even extended the job to include the door frames in the affected rooms. All in all, this was the most professional job of contractor work I have yet witnessed at our house. Everyone Wade sent to do work was outstanding! Wade even recommended a plumber to remove and reinstall the dishwasher and a carpet man for me to call to tack and tuck the carpet to the new tile job. These people were great as well. It was truly a job well done

Everything went well, and I was advised daily, by phone and photos, of progress of the work. I am an out-of-town landlord for this rental property and I feel Mr. Tiller showed exceptional integrity and concern for the execution. Found him to be hands-on, detail oriented and a perfectionist. He also kept my tenant and property management team informed. Project was completed quickly and with a lovely result. I very much appreciate the care and expertise he devoted to this, and that I was able to find him thru Angie's List. The only confusing part for me was understanding, initially, the true cost of the project. Mr. Tiller does not purchase the supplies and materials himself. He phoned me from the suppliers so I could pay for these with my own credit card. This can be a plus, but it does make record-keeping a bit more complex for tax purposes. Have yet to receive the written guarantee that he promised from the paint supplier, my final receipt, and his tax ID number.

Wade's company was the first I have ever used for interior painting. Previously I did all painting myself. They did an excellent job but I never realize just how good until I had something to compare it too. I contracted with a co-worker's friend (established company) for other interior painting and only then did I realize just how good a job Wade did. The difference is remarkable. Wade took care to patch or repair any defect they came across, advised me of changes they recommended, were very considerate to paint while I was at work, and the list goes on. I now know how spoiled I was made by his superior service and workmanship. All kudos to him and all who work for him.

Contacted AAA Advanced Residential Rehab after scanning the ratings in Angies List and put this company in competition with two other companies. The request for a bid was extremely responsive and contained flexible terms and pricing so that I could choose exactly what suited our needs best. The pricing, although not the lowest, cost beneficial and very competitive. I was persuaded that AAA could meet my requirements and I was right--everything they promised, including my satisfation was met. Example: The clean-up after the job was completed was amazingly good in this age of shoddy services! Another example: The painting and plaster work required numerous repeat work passes to meet their standards--before I was asked if I was pleased. (I should mention also that the plaster work was on 60+ years old fashion plaster which is not the easiest kind to correct.) It was pleasure to deal with the project manager, Wade, who is very professional and knowledgeable in this field. I enthusiastly recommend AAA for work in this category. His workers were courteous, prompt, business-like, and wasted no time from start to finish.

WADE'S CREW FIRST REMOVED ALL THE FURNITURE FROM THE STUDY BEFORE REMOVING THE TILE FLOORING WHICH HAD BEEN INSTALLED 25 YEARS AGO. AND PREPPED THE FLOOR BEFORE INSTALLING HARDWOOD. THE CREW WITH A SUPERB JOB INCLUDING CLEANING UP AFTER. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND EXTREMELY COURTEOUS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM AND HIRE THEM AGAIN.

The day after the estimate the work was done. The attic opening was 18" too short for the ladder. The workers had to cut and reframe and they did this at zero cost to us as we are members of Angie's list. Inside, the painters moved all my furniture away from the walls and painted the moldings. They were extremely neat with their painting and put all of the furniture back when they were done. There was no mess left from either job. The men who did the work were very courteous and I felt comfortable with them. Wade gave us a $125 discount on labor as we were member's of Angie's list. He also encouraged usa to use the best materials for all of the projects and we feel that this was a wise decision after seeing the work done. We have asked Wade to give us estimates for further projects. For work that he can't do he has recommended people that he trusts. Like AAA Advanced Residential Rehab, these men were out the next day to give estimates. We highly recommend this company.

The job was done over two days. It was by far the best, most professional paint work we have ever had done. Our painter has over twenty years of experience and it shows. If I had more work, I would have hired them on the spot. Price was very reasonable, yet high end quality.

The overall experience with AAA was great! I initially called AAA to provide a quote. Wade came to my home, discussed the job, etc. It was almost 2 months before I got around to calling Wade back and asked if he was available to perform the job. The timing worked out great and they arrived the following Monday to begin. In the meantime, I had tried to select a color (with little luck) and Wade recommended Natalie (their interior designer/decorator) to provide some assistance. At this point, it was the day before Christmas Eve and I was stressing that she would not be able to come to my home, consult with me on colors, and have everything lined up by the time the painters arrived on Monday. Natalie was very nice and professional. Even though she was leaving to go out of town for the holiday weekend, she offered to try and come by on her way out of town or Sunday evening when she returned. However, since the contractors were going to be starting with removing the wallpaper first, I decided I had a little "lead" time and that Monday morning should work fine. She arrived promptly and we talked about what I wanted, the color scheme I was looking for, and the (unfortunate) materials I had to work with in my Master Bath (the granite/tile/cabinetry combination didn't work all that well together and finding something to tie it all together has proven challenging in the past). We worked through some colors and decided on two colors to use to transition the color in the Bath through the Foyer, and into the Bedroom. The painters began by removing the wallpaper, followed by cleaning and prepping the walls for painting. Although the removal was "fairly simple", there were a couple of areas that needed to be repaired/corrected. Fairly minor, but the painters were very meticulous and wanted the final results to turn out well. They did a great paint job! Nice clean lines, smooth finish, etc. As they worked through into the Foyer and Master Bedroom, they determined that a second coat was really needed. They went ahead and provided the second coat and the final job looks great! I am really pleased with the results! They also did a nice job at cleaning up each evening and at the end of the job. Each evening before they left, they would discuss with me what time would work best to begin work the following day. Overall, we are very happy with the work, the job, the company, and their professionalism. While no one can expect perfection, they came pretty darn close!!! ;-) When finalizing the bill with Wade, he stated that the wallpaper removal was fairly easy, so he "threw in a discount". No argument here! :-) I have some potential projects coming up and have no issues with calling AAA again!

They are a great company. I was very pleased with them. They were outstanding. I was expecting them to put up bare wood so when I got home, I thought they hadn't done anything. Then I realized that they had gone to the store to match my paint color and they had primed and painted the new siding. My water spigot had a tiny leak and they insulated everything when they fixed it. I was very surprised and they are just an awesome company. They came out, walked around, and took pictures of the work that needed to be done. He got back to me, gave me the estimate, and gave me the date that they could come out. The price was right on and I feel like I got way more than I paid for.

AAA performed a great work. This is the second time we hire them to perform work around the house and will not be the last. AAA sent Sam Pop off, who is very professional, hard working and with a keen eye for details. He was very punctual and exceed our expectations. Highly recommended !!!

I bought a foreclosure home in July 2010. The house had water damage to one wall in the living room. The home inspector suggested that I should have the wall replaced before I have any flooring done. I called Wade to get an estimate for flooring (carpet and laminate flooring) and asked for a quote to fix the drywall. The price was excellent for the drywall and the flooring so I had him do the flooring, fix the drywall, and paint the living room…initially. He and Matt came over to fix repair the drywall. Once he tore out the wall, he saw that the drywall wasn’t installed properly and evidence of dead termites. He suggested that I have the house checked for active termites (which I did) to get clearance from the inspection before he repaired the drywall. Wade suggested that I have the living room painted and I agreed. We went to Home Depot and spent about $450.00 on supplies for the drywall and the paint. The previous owners had the room two toned with what I’m guessing was a divider spanning the length of the living room. He and Matt removed the divider and the nail glue residue used to glue it on and painted the walls and the trim. While he was working on the damaged drywall, he noticed that the walls in the living room were also damaged and he fixed it for free. He and Matt also re-caulked the window of the outside of the house (which he didn’t have to do and he didn’t charge me either). Wade suggested that I get my materials from ProSource i.e my carpet, carpet padding, laminate flooring. I spent about $4000.00 on materials. I also planned to have my dining room redone with laminate flooring (it used to be carpet). Tom the Carpet Guy, who works for Wade, pulled up my old carpet and re-carpeted my entire house minus the dining room and bathrooms. He was able to redo my whole house in one day. The floors came out beautifully!!!!! Then Wade and Matt did the laminate flooring which also came out beautifully. I’m afraid to walk on my floors because I don’t want to mess them up!!! Since the house was a foreclosure, the house was stripped including the garage motor and the shelving in the closets. So I had Mike, who works for Wade, install a garage motor and the panel for the outside. Since the previous owners decided to remove all the shelving from all the closets, there was a bunch of holes in the closets. So I had Wade fill the holes and painted the closets. Overall I liked his attention to detail and his professionalism. I liked that he would check-in a couple times a week so I always knew what was being done to the house. I was very satisfied with the work!!!! I’m done for right now… but I plan to have Wade paint my kitchen, dining room, bathroom and re-tile my bathrooms!!!!

They were right on time when they came out to provide us an estimate. They started the work when promised and completed the work in the time frame they agreed to. The work was done very professionally and the quality was very good.

Wade was very helpful in getting an estimate before we even closed on the new home. He coordinated with the previous owner getting access to the property to take measurements. His estimate was fair and did not change as the work went on. He recommended Sherman Williams paint which we went with using his corporate account to get a discount. Materials cost us about a $1000. The paint crew consisted of Jimmy and J.D. and they arrived early. They were great painters, very personable, and extremely professional. They cared about they work they did and they cared about taking care of the house. They did the work exactly as Wade described that they would and the end result was AWESOME! We are already planning more work for them! The sheetrock work in the bathroom looks great and you can't tell that there were ever fixtures installed. Overall our experience with Wade and AAA was top notch. If you need a company to do great work that you can trust, AAA is it!

Wade kept in touch, showed up on time and promised to do a great job. I bought the materials and he provided labor only. He was not the cheapest but did give me a discount and was able to start quickly and understood the details of what I was looking for. JD was the painter that handled my job from beginning to end and did excellent work, taking me through as he finished major parts and made sure everything was done to my liking and expectations. The work quality was excellent. Since it was an empty rental, I gave him a remote to get in and he was there every morning before the sun was up.

Overall the project went very well. The team was professional and responsive and communication was pretty good. AAA worked with us to get the timeline we needed as they had some resourcing issues during the time and we were very pleased with the end result.

This was the second job I hired Wade and his crew to do. They did such a wonderful job the first time and everything looked so good, I wanted to do another room. Sam and Ryan were prompt, as usual and got right to work. They did an awesome job, as expected! Next day Wade and his paint assistant prepped and painted room and gave me exactly what I wanted! Wade kept in touch with me throughout the day as work progressed. I was just as pleased with this room as I was on his previous job he did just a month ago!! Wade is very detailed and works really hard to please you!!!!
