They also took out a set of doors and drywalled them.The work took a little longer than expected but it was definitely worth it as they spent a majority of the time getting everything prepped to ensure the job was done right. I think Wade had quoted about 10 days and it was maybe 2 weeks. We felt he was very trustworthy and would definitely recommend him to anyone that could use their services. His workers were also extremely nice and competent. We are so happy with the results.

I am satisfied with the way he works. He is a person who knows people who do the work. I had a problem with the painters who were working for him. I had the popcorn ceiling removed and texture ceiling done, along with some other texture work in all the bathrooms of the house. Initially, it was one group of people who did the texture work, and the second group was another person, who was the son of the other person and the third time it was another group. Hence, the textures are not consistent, which is the problem with them. I like the person and like to work with him. It was not an empty home to have it all done by one person, since we had to move furniture place to place, it was a hassle. I will use his services in future.

The entire process went perfectly. Wade and his representatives were punctual and professional. I am very pleased with the work completed and I am saving up to have them install flooring in other areas of the house as well. I would highly recommend this company!

Super job by friendly professional workmen. They arrived on time in the morning and worked all day long. They exercised great care not to get paint where it doesn't belong. House looks gorgeous!

Brought a foreclosure which needed a lot of work with the appearance of the laminates and the base molding . Wade patiently worked with me as we figured out the most cost-efficient fix for me to make my condo look as good as possible. Instead of pushing me to completely replace the floors, which would've cost a fortune, we decided to have the shoe molding replace throughout the whole condo, all the trim and doors repainted and the master bed/bath repainted. Supplies would've cost me another $200, but Wade went above and beyond and was able to save me the money by re-using/refinishing the shoe molding. The job was then done efficiently and precisely with attention to detail. Wade and his crew were really professional and punctual as well. They did not leave until I was fully satisfied with the job. Definitely will use AAA again and will not hesitate to recommend to my friends. Thank you Wade, AAA for the great job!

Wade Tiller called me right back after I called for an estimate last week. He is working around my work schedule to install new flooring which is great. His representative arrived on time this morning to pull out old carpet, pull up all the wood/ tacking, haul away old carpet and debris and clean the floor and prep the floor for new flooring install next week after the new flooring comes in from the distributor. His representative was on time, very professional and completed all the prep work. Today, all planned work was completed timely and in perfect order! I am very pleased with the results of today's work. I will post an update after the new floor installation is completed next week!

The place looks FANTASTIC! I'm so happy with the work Wade and his crew did for me. His guys worked their tails off over the weekend and the place was done in 3 days. They cleaned up and were gone. Wade is easy to communicate with. He wants the job done to his client's satisfaction and has called twice to see if there were any touch ups I wanted. His crew was super nice and they took pride in their work. William, the drywall guy, paid attention to detail and even did some minor repairs in my ceiling where there was damage from the previous owners - at no extra charge. I highly recommend AAA and when I remodel my bathrooms, I'm calling Wade.

As a military spouse I have become quite the "Jack", or in my case, "Jill of all Trades." My husband and I, often are limited on time and budget when we settle into our new home, or when we are fixing up our home for resale. This time, with a big international move just around the corner, I knew that I just couldn't handle the job of painting all the interior walls of my home so I started calling around for estimates. I Googled countless local companies, read reviews, looked in the local catalogs for painters, collected info from neighbors who had hired other painting companies, looked up references, etc, etc, etc. I finally gave Wade , at AAA Advanced Residential Rehab a call. On the phone he was very eager to offer up advice to me on what to look for in reputable, well-established painting companies. He offered up great advice on paint sheen and colors, to allow my house to look as marketable as possible. His approach was upfront and honest from the get-go, and I never felt pressured that I had to go with his company simply because I made a phone call and arranged for an on-site estimate. After review of all my homework and various estimates, my husband and I choose AAA Advanced Residential Rehab based on their professionalism, availability, positive reviews, know-how, and price. The crew arrived 2 days later to start the job. The painters were very professional and well-mannered. They immediately set to work, and 4 days later, my 2300 sq ft home had beautifully painted walls. I was amazed at how the painters spent their time evaluating the condition of the walls making sure to eliminate any flaws in the drywall, and only settling on a room until they pointed out to me what they had fixed and asked if I was pleased with the outcome. Each day the crew would arrive promptly, well-stocked, and ready to start the day. They covered all furniture, electronics, flooring, etc. and exercised great care while working in a fully furnished home. At the end of every day, they wiped down window sills, counter tops, and vacuumed up any debris that had fallen on the carpet. One day I joking asked if they also did laundry! LOL! They also made sure to clean up the area in which they washed their equipment outside so that my lawn didn't dry the color of my newly painted walls, which I was very appreciative of . At the end of the 4 days work, Wade came by to personally overlook the work that his crew had completed (he also did this on the 2nd day of work to see that things were going as they should). Once again, his professionalism, and know-how came through as he saw where his crew had made corrections to my walls, where they had made razor sharp edges along the ceilings and around the windows and doors, full coverage of paint on the walls, filled in all nail holes, making my walls look flawless. Any time my husband and I forgo doing a job of some sort for ourselves and hire someone, we always wonder if we made the right choice. In this case my worries were at ease as soon as the painters arrived, and continually exceeded mine and my husband's expectations with each day of completed work. Wade came over within the hour when we asked to meet to get an estimate. We signed an agreement to have the work start the next week. We have a tenant living in the house to be repaired. After thinking about it, we asked that the work be postponed until we would be available. When we returned the work was completed in four days. We paid for the materials by phone after "Sam"picked them up. This saved us money and it was convenient. Numerous little things were fixed that were not in the proposal.

Crew showed up on time. Very nice and personable. Gave their assessment of what needed to be done. Provided me an estimate and then went to Lowes to purchase what was necessary to complete job. Lowes calls me to pay for the supplies. Re-grouted master shower, had to cut marble threshold and install and then used weights to balance fan. Finished the job in 6 hours which was a little longer than they had estimated but took their time to make it look good. Grout looked good and made a huge difference in the appearance of the shower. The threshold looked perfect. They did not have the appropriate cleaning supplies and I informed the owner of this. Wade said he would make sure they had supplies for the future. Overall experience was good, project looked good and I would use the company again.

This was the last thing that needed to get fixed before getting my parent's house on the market and I had gotten nothing but run around from the contractor that laid the tile. When I reached out to AAA I really didn't know exactly how to "fix" the issue and was worried I might end up having to sue the flooring company and have them re-do the tile job (it was that bad). David from AAA came to the house (on time), walked me thru some suggestions on how to fix and actually guided me in a different direction than I had originally thought. The end result was fantastic and the house is now on the market. I would definitely recommend AAA and will reach out to them again in the future.

From the esimate to the final end of the project...Wade and his crews were excellent. They went over and above what was expected. I have a couple of more jobs that need to be done, and will use them again. I will also refer them to all of my friends and family. Being in business, you always get what you pay for. AND, word of mouth means more than anything. Excellent JOB!!

I called AAA to install laminate flooring throughout my house. Wade came right over and provided me with an estimate. He also set me up with a wholesale flooring dealer to purchase the floors from. I dealt directly with the wholesaler to make sure I was getting a good price and not paying extra fees, selected and purchased the materials I wanted, and AAA installed them. They were fast, accommodating, responsive and easy to deal with. Overall they did a great job and I would hire them to do work in the future.

The job began when promised. It actually took a couple of days longer than expected, due to some bad weather days and one supplier foul-up. Wade, the boss, impressed me as a man who wants to do a superior job and had the people who did just that. All in all it was a pleasant experience working with the company. You won't go wrong working with this company.

Most thorough, most professional painters I've ever had in the past 31 years. Meticulous prep the old-fashioned way. Very careful protection of all areas. Very customer service oriented. Company has a bit of an unusual policy of requiring the customer to buy all the materials, which I actually appreciated as I got exactly the paint I wanted. I got a discount for being an Angie's List member. Payment was about 1/3 before starting, 1/3 about halfway through and 1/3 at the end. I very highly recommend this company and plan to engage them to paint my interior.

AAA provided timely estimates. The actual costs of the project didn't exceed the proposal except for some extra work involving the unforeseen leaks and the chair rail molding. AAA was timely in commencing the work. The nature of the drywall work produced significant drywall repair related dust and thus some cleanliness issues. AAA's manager/owner (Wade Tiller) provided timely corrective actions. For the project, the customer paid for the material as agreed to in the original proposal, with AAA providing the labor. The material estimates were in excess of requirements for certain items including paint and ceramic tile. Wade offered an acceptable solution for this excess material. AAA also performed some extra work not included in the original proposal, e.g., painting some additional areas without cost to customer. AAA provided an overall excellent quality of work. There were some areas that needed repainting after the project was concluded and the contractor had been paid. AAA promptly responded to the customer's request to come back and repaint these areas. Wade took an active role in overseeing the project to ensure that the project was completed with high quality and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this contractor for this type work.

The job entailed the removal of ruined carpet in 1800 sq ft house built in the late 1940's. The carpet had been installed with an old glue under the matting and then later tacked in many places. The carpet was removed with great difficulty and the tacks were removed without further damage to the floor. Next there was a 4 by 6 feet section of the floor removed (where an old fashion kerosene furnace fan was located.) There was concern that the red oak could not be matched with the adjoining wood. The carpenter did a magnificent job splicing the pieces into the space so that when sanded and finished you can't tell there was ever a furnace outlet in that location. Next the floor was sanded (carefully, I might add.) and the floor was stained and two coats of polyurethane was applied. Unfortunately, the sanding task was far more difficult and complex than anyone expected due to the old glue, uneven flooring, and the way the planks were originally laid (in a semi-parquet fashion). Upon inspection, we asked that the imperfections be corrected. To our satisfaction, the entire sanding and finishing job was re-done in its entirety without any re-negotiation of price nor argument. I must give kudos to the both the contractor and sub-contractor for a final job "well done".

Very satisfied and will use them for many more projects that we plan to complete.

My experience with AAA Residential Rehab was fantastic. My expectations were exceeded, which is rare these days because most companies have replaced quality workmanship with higher profit margins. My wife and I had just purchased a house and I noticed a lot of cracks in the stucco, which surprised me considering the house is only five years old. I did some research on Angie’s List and saw the great reviews AAA had received. Wade (the Owner) came out, looked at the house and based on the numerous cracks in the stucco, quality (or lack thereof) of paint originally used, and the overall faded appearance of the house, recommended the whole house be repainted. I asked if he could just patch up the cracks and he said he would not be interested in that kind of work, not because it was beneath him, but because it wouldn't look good. He said his reputation for quality work is all he has and he didn't want his name associated with something that wasn't going to look perfect. Right then I knew this was the guy I wanted working on my house! Wade provided me with a detailed estimate, broken down between labor and materials. Wade listed the materials (including quantities) needed so I could pick them up myself. He recommends using the highest quality materials, and although a little more expensive, Sherwin Williams will give a discount if you mention AAA Residential Rehab. The painters showed up on time and got right to work. Wade called me every other day to make sure I was happy with the job they were doing. At one point I contacted Wade and told him I had some concerns about the painters’ attention to detail. The issue was resolved immediately. Two new painters were sent out the very next day. They did an absolute perfect job! Any issues they came across, they took care of at no additional cost. I felt as though these guys painted my house they way they would want their houses painted. When the job was done, the actual cost matched the estimate exactly. I will definitely be using AAA for future projects.

I was so impressed with the quick response from Wade, and was so relieved that he could get the job down with so little notice on my part. My original painter had a health scare on Monday morning early, but they were able to secure another painter who was notified of the job and at my house within 2 hours. Yay! There was a lot of "cutting" to do in the closet as there's a closet system in there, and it looks impeccable. The price was very reasonable and they did an outstanding job.

I called for an estimate. A very nice guy, Wade, came out at the agreed upon time. He looked at the repairs to the stucco that I needed and he was good enough to admit that it wasn't his expertise to handle such extensive stucco damage. He gave me several names of people he would recommend and offered to help in any other way that I might need. I will definitely call him for another project and recommend him to others.

Wade answered my call, but spent too much time selling his business. He called to tell me he was late and that he thought my street was in the Deerwood area instead of Fleming Island. He had a briefcase but no pen or measuring tape on him. He wrote up a quote with only the labor prices on it. He wanted to sub out this job, and have them tear down the sheetrock and put up Tongue and Groove wood. I would pay for all the supplies. I was going to get a quote for sealing and painting our stucco house, but I can only imagine how that would of went.

The guys were on time and very professional. They were detail oriented and would not leave until the job was complete and the site was clean. My wife and I even noticed some small extras they did after they left. We spent a little more than we had planned, but overall, we're very pleased with the results.

In the process of removing my wallpaper I ripped off the surface paper of my drywall. I emailed Wade and he got right back to me. He gave me an estimate and had his drywall man, Sam, out by the end of the week. Sam removed the remaining wallpaper in the lavatory and spackled my entire bathroom. He did a great job! In less than 2 days my large master bathroom was ready for a fresh coat of paint. Wade was very professional and great to work with. I will definitely use him again!
