Everything went very well. Wade was quick to respond and provide a set price for the job. He found a time convenient for us to come in and within a relatively short period of time was able to paint all of our high end kitchen cabinets and built-ins. The finish was excellent. We left the house with his crew and felt completely comfortable with them. They cleaned the area completely when finished. We could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Wade for your interior refinishing jobs.
Description of Work: Painted all of our kitchen cabinets and built-ins. Also painted other interior rooms.
Our house is 26 years old and the kitchen was all original. It was definitely time for a face lift. We had the entire kitchen/dining room gutted, the wall between the two rooms was removed and the room is now a huge country kitchen! Wade and his crew were professional, punctual and perfectionists. All the work was done quicker than we had been told. We had a functioning kitchen only three weeks after demo. Now all the original work is done, but we decided to have Wade do a few more things around here, so we are in the process of the extras getting finished.
Description of Work: We had a total kitchen/dining room remodel.

I requested a quote for interior painting from this company. They came out, reviewed the requirements and later provided an overall price that I felt was high. When I requested an itemized quote by room so that my wife and I could budget for the work to be performed I was told in an email from the contractor: "...I hate being nickel and dimed. I don't have a beautiful home and money in the bank, we are renting. To be honest again, we have under a thousand dollars in the bank. I have a family and am barely making it. So I'm not interested in going down any further. We would love to work for you, but have already spent 75$ looking at your project twice, and now your trying to take away the little profit I have worked into this project. You should probably give all of these projects to someone else..." This is outrageous. As a result, I will indeed give the work to someone else who wants the business, doesn't mind providing itemized pricing and knows how to treat a potential customer.
Description of Work: No services were performed. Unfortunately, we didn't get to that point.

Project did not start well as the drywall had not been primed before it was wallpapered. They took it in stride and removed the wallpaper as best they could then skim coated and sanded the walls. Primed and two coated the walls and it looks great. Natalie, their interior designer was a huge help when it came to choosing the tile and the window coverings. Wade and his crews were wonderful to work with and were always prompt and courteous. I will use them again in a heartbeat!

Thursday the week before the painting was to be done, I contacted AAA to setup an appointment. As usual, they were extremely quick to respond to my phone call and we had a date set for the Tuesday of the next week. The painter showed up right on time and began to look over some of the areas he would be painting and thankfully was able to point out a few areas that I had neglected to see or mention when setting up the original appointment. We also came to a decision that the front door wouldn't need to be painted, as it was brand new and already pre-finished. The advice on the front door alone saved me money at the time, but not only that, kept us from voiding a lifetime warranty on a very expensive door that was less than a month old. After this decision was made, AAA was able to give us a new quote for the work, on the spot, and once we agree'd on the work to be done started painting. The entire job took about 4 hours and the work itself was immaculate. Beyond the actual painting was the outstanding level of customer service that AAA puts into their work. This is the second time we've used AAA and both times the gentlemen who were sent out to do the work showed the utmost respect and professionalism. I couldn't recommend a business more highly for home improvement than this company.
Description of Work: AAA painted some of the front accents on our home. To include: Front shutters, Immediate area around front shutters, Front door jamb and a good bit of the stucco around the front door and window that had begun to chip away.

I was very satisfied with the overall experience. Wade was very straight forward with his reasonable bid and stayed in communication with me until the work was completed. The workmanship was excellent and the crew was very respectful of me and my property. The final cost was $600 lowed than the max bid. I will definitely use this company for future work on my house.

Everything went well.. It took longer than we expected, but that's because they did it right...

The work was top quality and looks great. We would use AAA again in the future.
Description of Work: Wade and AAA came out to give an estimate on repairs after calling several companies who weren even willing to look at cleaning up a leaking shower left from another contractor. They were courteous, timely, and professional. They did work as a general contractor in our case as some have mentioned, but I appreciated his honest referral and continued oversight. When the subcontractor didn't arrive for their appointment, Wade immediately responded to correct the situation and compensated us for our time wasted as well. He followed up again after their visit and was a pleasure to work with.

Wade was very friendly and very professional. He was attentive to detail. Any problems I did have he was responsive to those while also being flexible. He took the time to get to know me and was very interested in my needs. Refixed my interior and made it look great. If his license didn't cover the work which made it to were he couldn't do work I needed he went out of his way to find someone who could do the work.
Wade is good at what he does... He is the guy that can handle your needs when it comes to renovations such as flooring. The best thing about the whole experience was that he was very good to keep communication making sure to call daily and keep updates with me through the duration of the construction. The work started on a Thursday and within three days the tile was laid and grouted. Then the baseboards were installed and painted in the following days. The total project took about 1 week after some fine tuning and finishing touches. I consider Wade to be trustworthy and honest, he does a good job of helping you find good prices on tile and baseboards, and goes the extra mile. Thank you for a job well done!

I highly would recommend this company to all of my client's Mr. Wade and his employees provided service for a clients of mine. They replaced old wood stair (which was unstable) and replaced them with steel stair. The one thing that I was relieved bout is that I did not have to clean up behind them once the job was completed. Mr. Wade offered discount to my client who is disabled. This company is one of a kind. I do plan on working with them in the near future. Thanks a lot. Ms. K

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. We had AAA come out to install a door that we had already purchased. Upon arriving the installed found out that the current door frame we had would not allow him to install the new door. He then took it upon himself to travel to the local hardware store to price out the new door. After finding out that the new door from would cost almost double the door we currently had he informed us of a business partner he had whom could make the new door frame for considerably less than what we would pay at the local hardware store. AAA rescheduled for the very next week, as this all happened on a Friday, and showed up on time Tuesday morning to complete install. The installer was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond in his duties, even so much as to help re-install the our hard-wired alarm system which saved us even more money. Installer worked all day and the install turned out perfectly. We will certainly be doing business with AAA again!

This firm acts as a general contractor - at least for our repairs - engaging sub contractors on your behalf for whatever repairs/projects you may have. We had three small projects that we had in mind (minor ceiling repair, some painting, some tile work) and invited this contractor to bid based upon the generally favorable - and numerous - Angie's reviews. They arrived promptly for the estimate and provided it on site before they left. Against our better judgement (we usually obtain three estimates) we agreed to let the contractor perform two of the projects at time of estimate. Looking back, in this respect, this contractor was a bit pushy, pressing us to make a decision to go ahead "now" - a bit like a car salesman actually. The ceiling/drywall sub contractor arrived when scheduled and did an excellent job, performing the repairs professionally and quickly. He protected the area under the work and cleaned up everything. He did a first rate job. The painters did a good job overall but were not up to the quality of work of the ceiling contractor. They did not completely protect the surfaces under the ceilng area to be painted. As a result, paint was dripped (and left) on our stainless steel kitchen stove, granite counters and cabinet surfaces in several places. Fortunately, we noticed the paint spatters in time for us to clean them off before they dried. Also, one of them actually stood on our kitchen counters to paint above them (uncovered) with his workshoes. Also, found after painters left, was that they had neglected to trim out painting the ceiling around one of the light fixtures in the kitchen. Rather than call them back, we completed this ourselves with the paint leftover. Another note - you purchase all materials yourself separately, unlike some other contractors. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but nothing is included in their estimates except the labor costs. Measuring the number of hours workers were on site working against the charged total, we were left with an unshakeable, uneasy feeling that we were paying significantly more for the actual work than we could have obtained elsewhere. We decided to secure other estimates for the tile work before proceeding with this contractor for "phase three". Note: we do not share bids between contractors. This contractor bid $1175 for the tile work portion - again, just for the labor. We invited another tile firm that we had used before to bid on the same work. They had done excellent work for us previously, if sometimes being late on the scheduled time, etc. Their bid on the exact same work was $725. We let the work to that contractor rather than AAA and it has been completed successfully. So .... $725 vs. $1175 ... $450.. (+ materials for both) is a significant difference for us as retires. In our way of thinking, the other work we actually had done by AAA could also have been completed successfully for about 2/3 of the price paid. Please understand that we are not angry with AAA in any manner. They are nice and polite, if a little pushy. They adhere to the scheduled time well also. The quality of work is good to excellent, depending upon the sub they engage. It is just that they (a) tend to exaggerate the amount of work that really needs to be done, and (b) their "overhead" for functioning as a general contractor on your behalf appears to add excessively to the cost.

First of all we were very surprised to hear that this customer was not pleased with our work. We checked in with them at each stage of the project, either phoning or stopping by to see the work. We even took a few hundred off of the final because they thought we were too high. We even called at the end, like we always do, and they said they were very satisfied. Upon receiving the comment I called him to see if there was anything I can do, when he proceeded to tell me that he had divided our price into an hourly rate which is not how our jobs are calculated. We bent over backwards for this customer, doing several things at no charge. Some of the craftsmen we use are subcontractors and some are employees but ultimately it is our responsibility to make sure your job is successful and satisfying. As you can tell by our ratings, I'm very selective about who I use, and where. We have over 600 local references, and we take tons of pride in making sure that our customers are beyond happy. We know you can't make everyone happy, but we still try. We are definitely not doing this for the money.

AAA did a fantastci job repairing the damaged drywall in my home. There were two areas to repair and the damage was somewhat severe in one of these. The damage in one area went around an outlet, doorframe, and smoke detector. They had estimated being here up to 8 hours to perfrom the work. They had had the wall repaired and they were out in less than half that time. The work is perfect. It was exactly what I needed done. It was also nice to see that they were not only good at their job, but professional as well. They cleaned up after themselves and you coiuldn't even tell they had been there. Considering that the house had been thoroughly cleaned the day before by a service, I thought this remarkable. I would use them again withought hesitation. The intire process was simple, painless, and less expensive than originally quoted. What an awesome experience.

The owner of the company was very punctual at executing the cost estimate. John Slatsky who is the painter came to investigate and to provide his amazing portfolio of previous paint work done. I felt confident he could transform our living room just by repainting our mantle and built in shelves. We happened to be going out of town, and the work was done while we were gone. What a surprise when we returned! We were delighted with the way it looked. We are very satisfied with the work, punctuality, estimate true to cost and professionalism of AAA Residential Rehab. We will use their services in the future for our cabinet painting and tile replacement.

I obtained 3 estimates for my tile backsplash job. Wade's estimate was similar in price to the estimate I got from Lowe's and less than an estimate I obtained from another contractor. I went with Wade because he has received positive reviews here on Angie's list and because he made the best impression on me. The tile job took one day. The man who installed the tile worked very hard and did a great job! Our tile looks really nice and we are very happy with the experience. We paid $450 for the labor and then we bought our own tile, grout, mastik, and caulk. I highly recommend Wade and his team!

I hired AAA ?Advanced Residential Rehab, llc based on Angie's list of preferred contractors. ?Though not the lowest bidder. I must admit I received excellent service. ? ?Wade Tiller the owner of AAA Advanced Residential Rehab arrived on time and presented his license, insurance/ bond ?and workmen comp coverage. He ?then conducted a thorough inspection and explained the need to bring in carpenters ?to repair the lap siding ?and painters to paint and finish the job. ?He layed out in order the way the project would start, transition and end. ? With in days, the carpenters started the removal and replacement of the lap siding. ?Upon completion of the siding the painters were up and running. They pressure washed, caulked, masked and painted. All the workers involved were ?punctual , respectful and maintained a clean and tidy work environment. ?I was pleased to ?personally ?purchase all the materials used for the project. This gave me a peace of mind knowing the materials used for the project would be of quality and would last. I ?also saved hundred of dollars using Sherwin Williams to select and purchase ?their top of the line paints and materials using AAA Advanced Residential Rehab Company discount pricing. ?Communications between contractors and owner was constant and the results were everything as promised. ? ? Every person involved in the job exhibited true professionalism and were true to their trade with an eye for detail. ?Thank you.

Wade was responsive and great to work with. We were out of town while the work was done and he sent pictures and updates daily, completed the work on time and stuck by his price. He was proactive in fixing issues discovered during the work, including some additional wood damage, and he provided the additional services at no mark-up. One small old single pane window was broken and Wade paid for it out of pocket. He wasn't the cheapest bid, but did exactly what he said and was on schedule. We were out of town the whole time and did not have any issues, it was clean and as promised when we got back.

Wad was very responsive to my phone calls, always calling back within an hour. His quotes are for labor only, excluding materials. He gives an estimate of materials required for the customer to purchase. Wade pays attention to detail. When he does not feel the work is good enough, he pitches in and does it himself. Upon inspection after the painters were finished, he had them come back and do touch up to make sure that the job was pretty much perfect. Overall, I would recommend this company to any and all!

I sent an email describing having found company on Angie's list as well as an overview of the desired work for call back/estimate and heard nothing from first attempt. Comment/review here prompted him to contact me and set up an appointment for a bid. I normally would not hire a contractor for interior painting, but with this being our new home, and having 15 foot ceilings, crown molding and an extremely amount of trim work we decided to contact someone. Althought the recommendation came through another company and not Angies List (since I was not a member at that time) I must say I was pleasently surprised at the service we got. Excellent painter, with over 20 years experience, and he did such a excellent job, and finished on schedule, I hired the company(same painter for sure) for 2 more projects in my home including the Master Bedroom. I still have other projects, but baby steps; as I go forward. I would definantly rehire this company for this as well as other projects in the future. They cost was fair, and a great value..Thanks Wade and thank your painter and helpers too.
