Wade Tiller came to our house promptly, gave a professional estimate, and got the work started in a timely manner. I felt the price was fair. Ian and Nori, the husband and wife team of painters, were pleasant, courteous, and did a very nice job. Wade checked in frequently to be sure that things were going well. Overall it was a good experience. We have already received several compliments about the look of the home. I would definitely hire AAA Advanced Residential Rehab again.

The job went very well except for a day or two of delay because of bad weather, which was not in their control. We were pleased with the workmanship of all parties involved and the courtesy of everyone we dealt with.

How refreshing to deal with someone who is not only honest and knowledgeable - but also so personable! Wade Tiller did an excellent job providing me with a very fair quote - and was a job to work with! And the job even cost LESS than the original quote! He also is willing to share his connections when something is out of his scope of work. He gladly provided me with another subcontractor's contact information - and this person turned out to also have the same integrity as Wad, but also provided a fair quote for his work as well. Obviously Wade only associates with like minded professionals - who he feels confident in recommending and of which meet his high standards! Our first job is complete - and we will be moving on to the other items he quoted on within the next several months - of course using Wade as our contractor. I feel confident for the first time in a long time - that Wade is our first contact for any and all of our home repairs/remodeling projects! Needless to say - I just can not say enough great things about our experience with AAA Advanced Residential Rehab and Wade Tiller!

Very, very well. A gentleman came out and we discussed the work in detail and he estimated the price on each piece of work. We decided not to have them do a few things due to the price, but other prices were ok, a bit high, but we knew they did quality work from other reviews. I called him after discussing with my husband and we chose a date. Although they did have to cancel the first date and reschedule due to the unavailability of one of the workers, they did arrive promptly on the second agreed upon date and performed the work very well which was pressure washing on the first day. They asked if I wanted the windows pressure washed, which I thought was odd, I said yes. However a few months later I found out, when I had a windows person come out for unrelated reasons, that one should never get their windows pressure washed because it can break the seal on the windows and make them fog down the road. I do wish the pressure washer had mentioned that, I would have then said "no" to the pressure washing of the windows. Nevertheless, they did a very good job pressure washing including the drive way and sidewalk. One of them came back again on the second approved date, on time, and painted a few rooms. He did a very good job and was very professional. I am very pleased with their work. There was a bit of confusion on the price but we worked it out. I would definitely recommend them.

Wade gave me an estimate over the phone. He estimated that this would take most of the day at $400 per day. I asked if the work could take place on a Saturday and Wade was very accommodating. Mich arrived on Saturday at the planned time. Unfortunately, something got lost in the communications and Mitch did not have the appropriate tool for the demolition, however he recovered gracefully by renting the tool from a nearby tool rental place. Wade dropped in towards the end of the day to make sure that every thing was going to my satisfaction. I am happy with Mitch's workmanship and professionalism.

I had a great experience with this company and the owner Wade. He came out an provided an estimate and once I decided to move forward, he his painters at my house within a few days. They were very professional and did a great job. When they were done they made sure everything was pu back and cleand up. After the job was complete, Wade called me to make sure we were happy with everything and if they needed to follow up on anything. I would definitely use them again and have referred them to my friends.

I have used Wade and AAA several times before. Wade is very responsive. He will provide an estimate and schedule the service at your earliest convenience. AAA's carpenters removed and installed two new front entry doors. They also removed and replaced several sections of cedar siding. Once completed, AAA's painter primed and painted the doors and the siding. I will continue to use and recommend AAA.

We called AAA for an estimate on painting the all of the interior walls of our 3000 sq ft home. The owner, Wade, promptly returned my call and scheduled a visit. At the estimate we took a thorough walk through the house, identifying areas where he would need to perform prep work like repairing drywall, recaulking crown molding, and repairing nail pops in the ceiling. Wade then provided an extensive written estimate identifying all of the work he intended to do. Wade's estimate was for labor only (though he also gave me an informal estimate of what the materials would cost). We had to buy the paint and other materials, but Wade identified the amount of paint we needed in each color and called in the order for us. Then the paint store called for our credit card and delivered the paint. The advantage to this system is that you know exactly how much you are paying for labor and how much for materials. Plus, because you have a direct line to the paint store, you can be sure that you get the paint that you ask for. Overall, the price was more expensive than, though competitive with, other estimates we got but Wade identified and intended to do much more work. We negotiated some over price and reached an agreement. The price indicated above includes labor ($3500) and all paint and other materials (appx. $900) The crew began working just a week later, on January 1. They showed up on time and were nice and professional. We left the crew a key to our house and left for the duration of the work, coming by to check on progress each day. They did extensive and thorough prep work, moving all furniture to the middle of the rooms and covering it with plastic, covering our hardwood floors completely in the rooms where the ceilings were being painted, sanding the walls, repairing nail holes, fixing issues with the stairwell, and in several cases going beyond even the work agreed to in the estimate. Wade originally estimated 5 days for the project, and the bulk of the work was done in that timeframe. The crew foreman returned for a sixth day to finish the last bits of work. In the meantime, we noticed that one of our interior doors was not the same white as the rest of the doors. When we asked Wade how much it would be for them to do paint the door (we had the paint already) he threw it in for free. Wade himself then returned a week later for some final touch up work. Their work was excellent, they took good care of our home and possessions while we were not there, and the walls look great. What few issues we had Wade immediately addresses without hassle. We are very happy with the work Wade and his crew did at our house. We would not hesitate to use AAA again for other work.

I am extremely pleased with AAA's work. The quality of work is superb. Wade and all of the people on his crew were very professional and friendly. They took care of every detail, and then some.My exterior had an unusually high number of nails, and Wade's team painstakingly treated and caulked each and every nail head. Approval by my HOA caused a delay between the initial pressure wash and the start of painting, and AAA came out without my asking and pressure washed again to ensure that the exterior was perfectly prepped. Every step of the job was handled with a focus on quality, and Wade helped me identify the best materials to purchase to make sure that the materials matched the high quality of the workmanship. Everyone who came out to work cleaned up after themselves beautifully every day. Dale and Rick did a great job replacing all of the trim and boards, and were super nice to my dogs! I highly recommend AAA, and will definitely use them again myself.

AAA Advanced Residential Rehab knocked the initial interior paint job out of the park and then came back a few times after weeks went by to repaint some areas that we needed repainted due to carpentry, etc. work that we had done and the cost was less than bottom price, but the quality was again second to none. AAA Advanced Residential Rehab is the best interior painters that I know of, and I would never use another company. I can not say enough great things about this company's ability to paint a house. Hire this company!!

Wade was very professional and helpful with his quote. The tile installers and the electrical contractors working for Wade were very professional as well. The install was done quickly and it all looks great. We were given some great design tips when picking the colors for the tile and I didn't fell like I was being raked across the coals. We were given tips to make the job look better and last longer and the electrical installer was so professional that he helped fix a problem that was created by another electrician.

I have chosen other contractors to perform the work.

Excellent work--and clean up---also removed several areas of ceramic tile from floors and did cleanup and dust control in July of 2012. Very good job. Approx cost 3,000.00

I met with Courtney and Wade on approximately 11/1/12. They were prompt, professional, and courteous, and did a very thorough set of measurements for all of the work that needed to be done. We also hit it off rather well, as both of them were chatty and we talked about all sorts of aspects of the job, including some design ideas. If the price point was right, I was going to hire them. The honeymoon period ended there. I received an estimate on 11/5, which was supposed to have been received the previous Friday. It arrived on Monday instead, and was well laid out. The prices, though, were REALLY high--approximately 30% higher than other bids I had been receiving to date. I wrote back via email and told Courtney that the quote was outside our budget. She wrote back on 11/7/12 and dropped the prices approximately $250, which was a good start, but not where we needed to be, especially because the job was so much more than others who quoted us pricing. I wrote back on 11/8/12 and asked what could we do to drop the prices? Could we use other materials, limit the scope of work, etc? I NEVER got a reply. So, now I'm left with the bad taste in my mouth of a company that doesn't give a hoot about customer service, the basic tenets of professionalism, and only wanted to talk to me when they could price gouge me on a job. No thank you! I will not use this company for the completion of my home renovation needs, nor those of my family and friends.

Overall, my experience was very good and I would definately recommend this company. The quality of the work and knowledge of the people is exceptional. :) The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the tile installers didn't bring all of the tools that they needed. Specifically, they arrived without any tarps or towels. I was quite surprised by that. I have hardwood floors and an expensive area rug and told them to wait until I could place towels on the floor for them to work on. I also had to cover my smoothtop stove as they were placing tile, etc. directly on that surface. Also, they did not do a great job of cleaning up outside in my driveway where they cut the tile. After they left, I found a good amount of scrap on the driveway. Other than that, I was quite pleased with the professionalism of the installers and the quality of their work is fantastic. The price charged for the work was very reasonable and less than the quote I received from the original company that did the deconstruction. The next time I have remodeling work to do, Wade will be my first call!

It went well, thankful AAA has two master carpenters and an experienced painter who work as a team. Wade suggested a color for the front door that works well with our color scheme.

Everything he said would happen, did. The workman arrived on time. We showed him the 5 areas requiring work. He got to work with the largest area. Then he rotated to the smaller areas. He was on the job for 6 hours and completed the drywall work. He volunteered to paint the areas if we still had paint to match. We were pleased. Wade gives a discount to seniors. He also give a discount to Angies members. So make sure you mention Angie's List in your discussion.

Our experience with AAA Rehab was fantastic. We live out-of-state and relied completely on Angie's List for guidance. We started with an estimate to replace granite in our kitchen. Then we decided to change the kitchen to open up the living room space that the kitchen faces. Natalie, their designer, provided a design that not only opened up the space but also directed the eye to the beautiful golf course view that was previously being blocked. Wade then coordinated the carpentry (cutting down the old elevated countertop), drywall and painting for the remodel on top of the original granite work. AAA Rehab is easy to work with, always timely and very knowledgeable. Not only did AAA Rehab do great work, but the final bill was $200 less than originally quoted. I've NEVER had a bill less than expected before. Overall, we were pleased with the cost and final product. I cannot put into words how happy we are with all aspects of this remodel.

AAA provided access to a great design consultant who worked with us from concepts through shopping for appliances and countertop.Then AAA was efficient, courteous and very skilled from demolition to final cleanup. They also had access to excellent electrical, plumbing and painting resources.

I was referred to Wade by a friend of mine. I called Wade for an estimate and he was out to the house that week. Wade provided fast, professional service. He was originally there to install a new attic ladder. I asked him to go ahead and install some recessed lighting I had already purchased. I also wanted an exterior light installed. I knew there would be issues with the exterior wood around the light. Unfortunately, most of the wood around the light and in the atrium was rotten or severely warped. Wade called in a few of his guys who ripped out all the wood and installed new cedar. These guys were here on time and knocked out the work in just a few days. I will call Wade whenever I need work done around the house.

Wade, the owner, and Courtney came for the estimate, Ralph and Ian, painters, and Natalie the interior design. I enjoyed working with all of these good people. They are professional, meticulous and courteous. It was as if i was working good friends and not just a company I found on Angie's list. They have become my go to group for whatever and whenever. If there is something they don't do Wade will refer someone who does the same quality of work. I will be referring this company to everyone!!!!!!!!!! First time I ever enjoyed having contractors in my home. Every one please give this company a call first. Thanks to all @ AAA!!!!!!!
