We had scheduled a day for two painters for a week earlier but Wade called the day before and predicted heavy rain for that day and advised that we cancel since half of the work was to be outside. He was right, that afternoon it never stopped raining. We reserved a day the following week. That day was great weather however only one painter showed up. This was disappointing because I had a tight schedule and was already behind with half the labor available. The one painter did what he could but it left the rest for me to do since I had deadlines. I finished the painting the next couple of days. Wade called a few days later and explained that the second painter had suddenly walked and he couldn't get someone else. I told him that I had to do the rest myself. He responded with giving me a discounted fee for the job and that made things right. I was happy with the overall outcome. I understand things happen like that in the trades but Wade did the right thing in our opinion to make up for things.

The entire condo was painted and things were cleaned up. All the work was done in the specified time of 5 days. They were punctual and courteous. Would definitely refer them as well as use their services again.

They did an excellent job. Their price was not on the higher end and I saw quite a lot of good reviews about them so I went with them. The quality of their work, their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were very good.

AAA and Wade Tiller did an excellent job of painting our house. The house was a foreclosure we recently purchased. We also discovered we had a water intrusion problem through the stucco, due to a defect in the workmanship of the original builder. Wade helped us find a stucco contractor and a drywall contractor to repair the problem. AAA was not the cheapest bid we received, but the price was competitive. Given the quality of the workmanship, professionalism and the willingness to work around correcting the stucco problem, we received good value for the price paid.

Overall extremely pleased with the project. It's difficult to find companies that will answer their phone, come see you quickly for an estimate, know what to say and do once they show up (on time), give options for you to choose from and get the skilled people to match the job needed quickly. Mr. Tiller arrived and I had an extensive list of renovation items that we needed to do. Some were easy, some were not which I had no idea how we'd get there but after he looked at the areas, he said no problem. We scheduled a date to start the work and he sent two carpenters to do the project. After knocking out the list of things to do, I called Mr. Tiller and requested the same guys back again to do additional renovation that we first thought would be too costly but the carpenters had the skills and knowledge to pull it off easily and I trusted their opinions. The two of them were polite, clean and respectful the entire time they were there. There was zero goofing off and always 110% all ahead full extreme work attitudes. This is an old 100 yr+ house with many odd additions done by various owners. I saw an amazing transformation occur over the days they were there. I even learned a few tricks of the trade by watching them work. Mr. Tiller communicates effectively by phone, email and texts and was always available. I cannot say that for any of the other trades I've been working with. I really like the way we get materials. Other firms will charge you a markup for materials used on the job, these guys walk the project and interact with us until everyone has a clear and concise idea of what will be done, they make a complete materials list, then it's off to the local orange or blue big box building supply store. There they gather the materials. A few times I was asked to choose an option for cheap, good, or higher quality type of materials, they explained the differences and I made the decision. I paid the bill with zero markup and things that aren't used I keep or return for refunds. The estimate was spot on and everything was used as planned. This is a new area of the state that we moved to and had no connections to local trades. I joined Angie's list just to find companies for this house. AAA Advanced Res Rehab had a very high rating and now I understand why. And no I am not in any way related to them, just giving my honest Angie's list review. They make things happen. I won't hesitate to call them next time, in fact I already have because I found more things that they can do that I can't.

Has some additional ceiling and wall work done in two bedrooms that needed drywall. I called Wade and set up a guy for later that week. I was delighted that they could come on the weekend to keep the momentum of our project going. The worker was very polite and worked with skill and precision. I had a few other places that he found in other areas of the rooms that he fixed at no extra charge and then explained the painting primer process that was needed before I would paint. This guy was very skilled and even though he had some tough areas to deal with - it all looks great.

This is the second time we have used Wade and very pleased with the outcome. He prides himself in providing quality work and not trying to rush the job to get it finished. Wade proactively provides updates during the project on any issues or how far they work has progressed. I never had to call him to find out what was going on. The quality and detail of work is outstanding. In addition, he ensures that everything is perfect before you send him any final payment. He truly keeps the customer and their needs as top priority. We will definitely use Wade a third time, whenever the need arises again.

It went very well. Very professional detailed job

The work took approximately 10 days to complete (including weekend work). All of the tradesmen Wade lined up for me were on time and performed quality work, and I was able to get nice contractor pricing discounts through some of Wade's connections (ProSource, Sherwin Williams, Avenues Lighting, etc.). Wade was very responsive about my concerns and was a hands-on project manager, showing up to address issues, even showing up to clean up after a drywall crew had left some residue on my front door and hallway walls. When all jobs were done, Wade showed up to caulk my new vanities and cut/install T-mold for my bathroom door (which wasn't on the original project plan). You can tell Wade is a bit of a wheeler and a dealer when he's quoting you prices. I requested a few additions to the job once the initial work got started, and things generally were scheduled and completed hassle-free (considering I was throwing a monkey wrench into the plans). However a couple of times Wade quoted me a price verbally but then indicated it would be more (including his markup ... he has to make something on it, after all). Generally speaking we worked those situations out to my satisfaction. I also never got a comprehensive final invoice for all work that had been done. I had to do some detective work between the original quote, an intermediate quote (which included a price for "the extras" but didn't line-item them out) and a final email with the balance due. So his paperwork and accounting could use a little polish, but that doesn't take away from the fact that the final product delivered was quality and on-time. It just pays to be vigilant, as with any service provider who has a key to your home! I'd use Wade and AAA again. Jobs like this will not be without their hiccups because you never know what you'll find when you start removing tile and fixtures (as I learned this time around). But we got through that and I'm looking forward to taking the "after" pictures for my new bathrooms.

Wade and his crew are a highly professional service. All high quality and worked into my schedule. Phenomenal service and will use the again. During the initial call Wade set an appointment to come by and give me an estimate. Right on time and very friendly. Work performed exactly as described and done a little early. Work was very high quality carpentry and painting. Wade was very flexible in working with my schedule since I am out of town a great deal. Will definitely use for future projects.

He could have easily come out here and made an easy $100, but he chose instead to do the right thing. This response displayed a great amount of integrity and I will definitely consider using him for other jobs in the future.

My first experience with Wade went well. The painters John & Linda were professional and did a good job. Price was high, but the work I needed done was urgent. I was willing to pay extra due to the circumstances. My second experience with Wade wasn't good. My grade is based on the balance between the two experiences. The work wasn't completed - the main reason I hired him wasn't touched. His promise for a better price wasn't honored - they worked a total of 8 hours if I'm paying for their lunch break. His charge was $900.00 acted like he was doing me a huge favor by reducing the cost to $500.00. More per hour then I paid previously. My biggest complaint is his attitude when I questioned the charges.

The results are fantastic. Wade came and discussed the project with us and the cost. The laying of the hardwood floors (actually he suggested engineered wood flooring because wood floors in Florida do not hold up under the humidity and change in temperature) was very well done with great attention to detail and preparation. The result is four rooms and two closets with beautiful wood flooring. The interior and exterior painting was also very well done. Two neighbors, who had been watching the painters, commented on what a great job they did. After they had finished Wade did a final inspection and found areas that he felt needed touching up that I never saw. Similarly when the painters finished the interior and Wade did and inspection he didn't like one wall in the kitchen so he had them repaint the entire kitchen. Wade pays great attention to detail and insists on perfection. I cannot begin to say how beautiful the built-in cabinets are and the tile work on the wall. He told us that he was going to contract to the best and indeed he did and it was worth it. The tile job was very difficult to do as the wall is 15 feet from floor to ceiling. It took the workmen time and great patience. The murphy bed was designed and built by the same cabinet maker that did the built-ins. We had seen these beds at the Murphy Bed store and we wanted one with book shelves that would hold a lot of books. The folks at the store told us that their product would not hold much weight so we wanted one that would hold many books custom built. The cabinet maker had never built one before but thought he could build one that would hold our books. Indeed he did. We were able to put all of our books on the shelves and the front shelves in front of the bed slide very smoothly. All-in-all we could not be more pleased with the result.

Overall - Outstanding! Very happy with this company, specifically the contractor Dan Crabtree was awesome! Great great work!

AAA did an amazing job of taking on this project. This was my in-laws house that was stuck in the 70's with wallpaper in just about every bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and wood panel in the living room. The house was heavy laden with 30 yrs of cigarette smoke. They came in and stripped the wallpaper and covered the wood panel to make like drywall. The house no longer smells of smoke, the paint job looks great, in fact the entire house looks new.

Wade, the owner is very responsive and although I received several quotes, I was impressed with him. I wanted two coats of paint as opposed to the other painters who offer one coat. Wade was good with that and his price was still about the same as others offering one coat. At first, I was surprised when he only sent one painter since it is a large house, but his painter was very detailed oriented and I liked being able to monitor his progress and talk about what he did that day. It took a little longer, with one painter, a few rain delays and such, but Wade was great about communicating with me. I also liked his system where I put a credit card on file at Sherwin Williams and they only bought what they needed, using his contractors price discount. We actually came in lower than the estimate and I got a credit back. Wade came around and made sure everything was satisfactory and touched up a few areas. When he heard I had a cold, he even brought me some cold medicine on his way to collect his payment.

We purchased a condo and it needed a lot of renovation. Wade came out and gave us an estimate on our wish list. We went with Wade and have been very pleased. All of the workers sent to the home were fantastic. I would definitely have Wade do future work on my home.

The patio looks good. I do not think I disliked anything. It seemed to work out okay. I did not like the price. The tile I choose was pretty expensive. They came out on time and did a good job. They were competent. I did not have any problems. It was kind of nodding. They just showed up and I greeted them. There really was not much of an interaction; I just talked to them a little bit. There was a weather issue one day and they responded correctly. The tile was setup. They did it on time. They did it when they said they were going to do it. They cleaned up afterwards. They did not leave a mess. So I thought they were very good. The price for the installation was fine. I just think that the tile was little more expensive. I do not think they were overpriced. I just think that what I picked was kind of costly.

The guy who did the work was late so we reschedule. When he came to do the job all work was done in a timely and professional manner. Was satisfied with the work.

In the fall of last year, we called Wade for an estimate to do home renovations for the downstairs area. Our budget was set at a strict limit. We initially wanted new flooring and interior painting. Wade found other repairs that were needed during the initial visit. He called in a designer to help pick out paint colors, and flooring from a wholesale dealer. The process went well. The hard part was picking out wood flooring to fit our budget. After some discussion with Wade, we decided that it was more important to get quality flooring, and to forego the painting for now. The engineered wood that we ordered was delivered to our house the week prior, as suggested. Day one, a young man came to replace the cracked tiles that had occurred long ago as a process of settling. He did everything by hand, breaking up the old tile. The job was completed in a few hours, and was beyond satisfactory. The carpet was next, for the downstairs master bedroom, closet and stairs to second floor. This was done in one day, and was done well. The wood floors were last. The job was done in a meticulous manner, and took two days. It is beautiful, and the whole feel of the house has changed for the better. The interior still needs painting, but the beautiful clean flooring offsets this detail.

Outstanding! We are extremely pleased with the entire process. Wade came over the day after I called, just when he said he would. He was very polite and professional and quickly provided us with an estimate. We negotiated the price a bit to get it closer to our budget for the work and he arranged for the plaster repairman to come over in the same week at which we negotiated the price. John D. arrived on time assessed the work and promptly completed it. He was the ultimate professional, and his work was first class. He did a great job and cleaned up after he finished. We are thrilled with the work and will use AAA Advanced Residential Rehab for future projects. Thank you Wade and John for a great contracting experience.

Wade's crew of Jay and Joe preformed the tearout, they were clean and considerate, worked quickly and efficiently with an eye on quality. They leveled the floor using patch and self leveler, all while keeping in mind my family was still living in the house. Floor went in quickly and look fabulous, when it came time to install the trim, the floor guys got started but quickly found out that it was not their forte. rather than do a bad job, they called Wade and he had an experienced crew of carpenters out the next day, and they did an awesome job. I appreciated that the guys were willing to work on the weekend in order to get the job done. Wade's communication with me the home owner was awesome, I would use again with no hesitation...
