Description of Work: The process of painting the house took several steps, from power washing, caulking, covering the windows and rolling paint. Caulking was done with great care as to not leave wide bands of caulk on the house. His unique way of prepping the house was a pleasant surprise when the painting was completed. The detail stands out amongst other homes in our neighborhood. The workers were neat in appearance as well as neat in the process of painting. At the end of the day equipment and supplies were gathered up and stored away neatly. A detailed supply list was called in for us. We went to Sherwin Williams and paid the contractors price for the supplies which eliminated profits to the painter. It was a greater discount then from other contractors. We choose Sherwin Williams Loxon paint and could not be happier with the results.

Description of Work: Nothing. The provider contacted me and indicated that I was not the right type of client. He indicated that he did not want to work with me because I was too cheap. All i said to him was that cost was a concern and that I had a budget. He indicated that he only used the highest quality materials and that we would not work well together because he was, in his own words, "VERY EXPENSIVE" I would never hire anybody who decides in 2-3 minutes on the phone that I am not worthy of his services! If anyone else wants to overpay and be treated in a condescending and disrespectful way from the get-go, this may be the contractor for you! The irony is that the budget for my renovations is over 10K, and he never even let me mention the number. I guess that is his loss.

Description of Work: I placed a call for an estimate. The call was returned the same day but I was unable to move ahead with an appointment. I had a project that needed alot of different types of work, ie: wall repair, plumbing, replacement of a vanity, and tile work. I was referred to another general contractor who could do all the different small jobs under one contract. I appreciated the information and have followed through with the contact information.

Description of Work: No work was performed, as we never received the official quote or any follow up. Wade left us hanging at our first scheduled estimate appointment and never showed. After his begging to make up for this inconvenience, we gave him a second chance. He made it to the 2nd appointment but never emailed the official estimate/quote for the job. We have had other companies estimate the work we want to have done, and we're looking at a $5,000 plus job. I guess he didn't want the business? I don't know and I don't understand why a contractor would want to let that kind of job slide away?

Description of Work: Greg was the carpenter who did the work for AAA. He was very nice, punctual and considerate. He filled in holes in my kitchen ceiling, made from moving a light fixture. He also dry walled and filled in a mirror over my fireplace so that we can hang the TV there. He was really great about dealing with the electrician, as well. I really appreciated that, as I have no carpentry or electrical knowledge.

Description of Work: The owner was on time for the estimate and very pleasant and professional . He walked us around the house and described all the work that needed to be completed to prep for the painting. He described the type and quality of materials that he would use and the purpose for those products. He did not offer an estimate at that time but did indicate that due to the current financial market he was unable to provide the materials up front and that we would need to purchase these before the job could begin. Later the following day he sent an estimate of 2200 for the labor as we have a one story home 6 years old but then added that the materials would be somewhere between 1200 to 1800 dollars. This would make the job around 4000 dollars and since we would not know until the conclusion of the project exactly what the cost would be we chose not to hire him or sign a contract that did not have everything,price wise, known in advance as that would leave us open to what ever cost would be tacked on at the end of the job with no recourse for us.

Description of Work: AAA Advanced Residential Rehab did a great job for us. We hired them to replace baseboards for us, and they did an excellent job. We also hired them to paint a wall in a bedroom, and they EXCEEDED our expectations by painting the entire room at the same cost. We were very happy! We also hired the company to paint the baseboards which they installed. We found Wade Tiller to be fair, flexible, responsive, and concerned about our needs as the clients. He wanted to make sure they we were satisfied, and we were. My wife and I give this company an A+, and we wholeheartedly recommend them.

Description of Work: Removed and discarded wall to wall carpeting. Installed hardwood floor in living/dining. Work was performed by Dustin, who was assisted by Todd. Professionals all the way. Could not ask for anything more. The detail and precision of their work is beyond reproach. My floors are absolutely beautiful and get rave reviews from everyone.

Description of Work: I hired them to make a pantry where I had a built-in desk and small cabinet in the kitchen. Wade came by within 2 days, gave us a fair estimate, and the demolition was completed the next day. Over the next week, 2 carpenters came by to make measurements and take photos of the existing cabinetry. Both carpenters then disappeared. Wade had no other carpenters, so he gave us 100% of our $ back, with an apology. Leaving us with a big demo'd hole in the kitchen, unfortunately. But the hole was free.

Description of Work: Contractor came out to give estimate to stain my new fencing.Very personable and had a wealth of knowledge on the subject, but the estimate was the highest of the ones I'd received from equally qualified contractors, so I did not choose to go with him.

Description of Work: Repaired the drywall where the towel ring had been pulled out . Replaced the ring and touched up the paint around it. The men were professional and polite gentlemen. I am satisfied with the job and would the company again.

Description of Work: Wade and his crew did a great job again. This time we had the baby's room painted and had chair rail installed. We paid $550 which was LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE! We really like the way Wade conducts business and the people he hires are top notch. Phil was our painter this time and he did a great job, was very personable, and finished quickly. If you want a great contractor that will make home improvement fun, Wade and AAA Rehab is for you.

Description of Work: after the carpenter lowered our mantle and the electrician installed an outlet for a big screen tv, we saw that we needed to have the whole wall repainted. They came immediately and did a great job.
