The crew came on schedule and did a great job - quick and efficient. They left behind no trash or leftover pieces. I have waited a few weeks before submitting my comments because I wanted to see how the gutters did in a couple of downpours - and they work great, no leaks.

Great experience from start to finish. David came out, listened to my needs and made suggestions. His team was here when expected and got the job done very quickly and with no hassle.

David arrived earlier than expected and had the diagram of the scope of work completed prior to meeting him. He showed me an example of the product and explained how the work would be performed. His estimate was about what I expected. The "clincher" was his thoroughness and professionalism. If I want gutters installed on the rest of the house, I certainly will use this company again.

I called in mid-Sept for an estimate on having gutters installed on the lower eaves of my house. AA responded right away and had the owner at my house a couple days later (around my schedule). He measured the areas, listened to my concerns, and went over what he recommended, which was exactly what I had anticipated. He additionally recommended letting them install a deflector on the second-story eaves over the air conditioners, saying it would extend the life of the units. About a week later, I called and confirmed I wanted AA to install the gutters. It was another 10 days before they could come out again, but that was due to several rainy days which put them behind in their jobs list. They matched the color of the gutters to the color of the eaves (they were off-white) and added support wedges to angle them away from the slanted structure. They were also very friendly and talkative to my curious 4 year old. We got a military discount, too.

Estimate was fast and accurate. Final expense was exactly as estimate indicated. Installers were FAST, courteous and clean! Aside from the new gutters, you couldn't tell they were even there! I was amazed at how easy this entire process was!

Excellent. They were here when they said they would be, confirmed what they were going to do, asked if there were any questions or issues, did what they said, cleaned up after themselves, and did all this work quickly - in about 3 hours.

Will need to have heavy rain to verify leak fixes, but can say they did a very thorough and professional job including cleanup of the leaves/needles blown from the roof.

As I was explaining the situation, the woman answering the phone interrupted me to tell me to hold on. If you don't have time to speak to a customer who calls you, don't bother answering the phone, especially if you're just going to be rude when you do it. I'll just call someone else who actually wants to do the job.

The project went very well. After my initial contact, via email, David responded within an hour and set up an appointment to give me an estimate. He was on time to the appointment and was able to write up my estimate on the spot at which time I scheduled the work to be done. He was very professional and friendly. The day of the installation the crew (2 men) arrived on time and they too were very friendly (their work clothes were neat and clean and were able to communicate very effectively). They worked very well together and were very hard workers. I was not home when they completed the project, but was pleased to find that the installation looked fantastic and they cleaned up after themselves very well (they were so clean you would never have known worked around the house). I was really impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. I would absolutely refer AA Gutters to friends or have them back out for additional work if ever needed.

Excellent. I set the appointment via email/phone. Didn't meet with a rep, but I knew they were the best rated in Jacksonville. Installed on the day they said they were going to install. Sent a check afterwards. The gutters look good. Thanks.

The workers were there on time. Work performed was done professionally and as promised. The workers were very polite and cleaned up the work area at the completion of the job. They even blew off my driveway. I would strongly recommend them to my family and friends.

He did great work. His estimate was reasonable. I don?t have any negative remarks to make about him. He took a day or two to get back to me. It was fine with me, but it wasn?t perfect. He was punctual, though. I?ll definitely use him again.

A crew of 2 men showed up on time and within 4 hours had installed a complete gutter system on my house and an attached 2 car garage. I was surprised how how fast they were able to complete the job and also that they took only a 10 min break. I would use this company again anytime.

Superior overall experience. David Hawkins (owner) arrived for the estimate on-time as promised. He provided an oral description of the work to be performed. The estimate was the lowest of 3-bids by approximately $100. David followed-up with my email questions. After agreeing to perform the work at the given price, 2 installers arrived on-time to accomplish the installation. They were professional, responsible, and competent. [These 2 men were brothers -- Bosnian refugees -- and were great technicians.] The work was completed on-time, to-specs, and on-budget within approximately 3-hours.

David (company president) came out to my house promptly to give me an estimate and a selection of several colors for the gutters and downspouts. The work was scheduled within two weeks and the installers did a perfect job. The bill was exactly the same as the estimate. After realizing I had selected the wrong color on three of the downspouts, David gladly changed them out at no extra charge. I highly recommend this company for friendly, prompt and reliable service at the same price as the estimate.
