Sorry to hear this. We went back and looked at what happen. Your appointment was set up for Wed, 5/29. I was running late that day and called the number we had to let you know I would be late and to check to see if a time later in the day would work for you. We never got a call back from you, so we assumed you were not interested in getting the free estimate. However, once I saw you posted here, I called you. I looked at the call log on my cell phone and saw where I called your number at 10:00 am. (the appt was for 10:30 am). However, when I compared it to the your number, I had dialed 9147. The last four numbers should have been 9144. This was my mistake. When I called you on 5/30, you asked me to call you back Friday morning. I called you back Friday and you asked me to come out to your home on Monday 6/3 and to call your wife Monday morning before heading there. I called your wife Monday morning, went by your home and gave your wife the estimate. I do apologize for accidentally dialing the wrong number. We suggest when there is a question about a missed appointment, the best thing to do is phone our office and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
