Description of Work: AA Gutter Services installed new gutters for us on both sides of our house, where there previously were none. They did all the work in one day, were clean, organized and professional. They did a nice job of tying in the new gutters with our existing ones.

Description of Work: They came out to the house and gave us an estimate for installing gutters. The quote was comparable to the ones we received from other companies. We chose not to have gutters installed at this time.

Description of Work: When I contacted them I was told that the earliest appointment they could give me was on June 2, 2014. I was also informed that installation would not be done until sometime in August.

I think you may have the wrong company. As of today, 6/7/2014 we are scheduling all new jobs that are approved by the home owners for the week of June 16th 2014, not August. Please keep in mind, that when a company does quality work they usually stay busy. We are busy, because of the quality work we do. If a company (gutter company) tells you they can come out the same day and install, I would question the quality of their work. Our company has had the same employees working here for over 9 years. I, as the owner, do not hire a lot of folks to mass produce gutters. We take our time and make sure we produce a high quality product at a fair price. Call us back if we can help..

Description of Work: They gave me an appointment 3 weeks ago to come today May 29, 2013 at my house to provide estimate for new gutters and they confirmed yesterday this appointment. Nobody showed up today and no phone call received from this company. Very bad response. At least they should have called to reschedule if there was some problem.

Sorry to hear this. We went back and looked at what happen. Your appointment was set up for Wed, 5/29. I was running late that day and called the number we had to let you know I would be late and to check to see if a time later in the day would work for you. We never got a call back from you, so we assumed you were not interested in getting the free estimate. However, once I saw you posted here, I called you. I looked at the call log on my cell phone and saw where I called your number at 10:00 am. (the appt was for 10:30 am). However, when I compared it to the your number, I had dialed 9147. The last four numbers should have been 9144. This was my mistake. When I called you on 5/30, you asked me to call you back Friday morning. I called you back Friday and you asked me to come out to your home on Monday 6/3 and to call your wife Monday morning before heading there. I called your wife Monday morning, went by your home and gave your wife the estimate. I do apologize for accidentally dialing the wrong number. We suggest when there is a question about a missed appointment, the best thing to do is phone our office and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
