I just called and we were trying to line up a time that they could come out to give a quote and when I said I couldn't meet them in person during the week - they just hung up on me!! I had asked about Saturdays and they said no, and then when I couldn't pick a date this week they just hung up.
Description of Work: Called to inquire about a wood fence.

 + -1 moreI'm gonna use him again. They will continue the fence down the other side of the property. There was a contentious neighbor back there but they handled the situation very well indeed to the extent that the second day of the job, she was bringing them Coca-Colas and sandwiches back there. It was unbelievable. They can deal with people.
Description of Work: I used A Norman Fence Company. It was a lot of fence.

 + -1 moreAll in all they did pretty well. Some areas of the fence weren't tied to the top rail and line posts. Some of the toprail they did not replace was rotted almost in two and had to be replaced in the folowing weeks. Some of the left over strands of fencing got caught up in my lawn mower and the neighbors mower, so clean up could have been better. Fence looks good so far though.
Description of Work: Replaced and repaired chain link fence.

Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment for an estimate Friday the 15th for Monday the 18th @ 12:00. NO SHOW because of rain (What Rain)! Did not receive a phone call until 45 minutes later that they will not be coming. Courtesy calls are important to me. My time is important too, and I do not melt in the rain! That's what umbrellas and rain coats are made for. The potential for this company to get my business will be lost to it's competition simply because it could not committ to an appointment or extend a courtesy call in a timely manner.

 + -1 moreThe work was completed in about 2 hours. Once the crew starts they don't stop until they are finished. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: This is the third time I have used this company. They are always professional, punctual, do quality work and quick. They removed old stockade fencing and posts and replaced with cypress stockade fencing and posts. A double gate and hardware was also installed. The work site is always cleaned up. They have also installed chain link fencing for me.
