I was extremely impressed with this vendor. He answered my text on a Sunday, and then he showed up (ON TIME) on Monday morning. I had a pricey refrigerator that needed a new computer (to tell the refrigerator when to go into defrost mode). The bottom freezer was cold, but the refrigerator wasn't. Mike was punctual, friendly, and professional. While he was there, he also changed the water filter and showed me how to do several things myself. His pricing was fair, and his attitude was amazing. Mike had to order a part, however, he offered to come back the same afternoon to install it. (I asked him to instead come back the same day so that I could go to work, and he agreed.) He was very flexible. I would definitely use this company again!!!

The dryer started making a loud noise that is when I called A-Aaron appliance repair. Mike came the very next day on time, Mike took off the front of dryer and he could see something white wrapped around the blower. I left the filter off while I was drying clothes and a sock was sucked right into the blower. Mike got on the floor and gradually and slowly pulled the sock out of the blower so he wouldn't damage the blower. Mike was prompt and very courteous and professional, I would definitely use A-Aaron appliance repair again.

Our 11 year old GE Profile Side by Side Refrigerator Freezer stopped cooling on a Sat morning. After checking out a few YouTube 'Appliance 101 repair videos' and making sure nothing obvious was awry, I logged onto Angie's list around 9:30 am that Sat and started my search for a competent refrigerator repair service professional. My list of requirements included: 1. A Rated (A in everything, including price) 2. Available for Saturday work as I have very limited availability during the week PLUS I wanted the refrigerator working immediately (most Jacksonville Refrigeration Repair Guys don't even work on weekends) 3. Picked up the phone when I first placed the call or returned Call Shortly (Mike picked up on 2nd ring and was courteous and professional from the start). Mike told me that he had one already scheduled appointment ahead of me and that he would be at our house between 10 & 11. Mike called once prior to arriving at our house to confirm the appliance model # so he could familiarize himself with the product and ensure he had the repair parts on the truck. Now that is GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! 4. Competent and knew how to do this type of Repair (Mike assured me that he, as owner of the business, was coming out to do the repair. Great to hear that I was NOT getting a first year rookie. Turns out that Mike has decades of repair experience, in fact he was so good that major companies sent him all over the US to do repairs. When he tired of that, he set up his own shop in Jacksonville. Mike arrive at our house around 10:30. Within the first 5 minutes (or less) he had diagnosed the problem and was out to get the replacement control board from his truck. No waiting on parts for us, because Mike had the due diligence to research the model and ensure he had the applicable parts on hand, prior to coming for the repair. Mike was professional, competent, efficient and had a great sense of humor to boot. On top of everything else, he gave me a 10% discount because I told him I found his company through Angie's List. I didn't even ask for the discount, Mike just offered it at the end of the repair. I am spoiled now and will use only this company for any repairs that A-Aaron Appliance Service & Repair performs. Likewise I will only recommend this company to my neighbors or friends in the event their appliances need servicing.

Mike was prompt, efficient, polite & also tightened a door handle and replaced the light bulb in the freezer. He also explained how to properly clean a refrigerator. This is a 15 year-old refrigerator that we keep in the garage. He has many years of experience & a strong work ethic. Mike is now my go-to major appliance repair person.

Our 18 year old washing machine stopped working on a Sunday in the middle of washing a load of clothes. I looked up appliance repair on Angie's List and found A-Aaron Appliance Service and Repair. My husband called them Monday morning just after they opened at 8am. They agreed to come out. Mike arrived on-time and ready to work. He found the problem, replaced the part, put it back together and was done before noon. I only have two regrets; that I can't give them a grade higher than an and quot;Aand quot; and that they don't fix cars.

Mike Aaron, tHe owner arrived at my home 1 hour after we spsoke on phone. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I felt comfortable with him in my home. Repair completed less than an hour. Charge included service call, part and labor. I will definitely use Mike in the future.

He was able to come out within a few hours of our call, showed up on time, was very professional and personable.He corrected/repaired the issue right away, and for a reasnonable price.

Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience. The company owner, Mike, took my phone call in the morning and came out to my house that afternoon. He promptly diagnosed the problems I was having with both of my refrigerators. He had the necessary parts on his truck and had everything repaired/replaced and running in about an hour.The charge was extremely fair. Additionally, he gave me a tip on how to eliminate the odor from my front-loading washer! Mike was very pleasant and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him. I am pleased to have someone I can call in the future for appliance repair.

Very responsible and informative technician

My refrigerator stopped working during the night. I called A-Aaron after looking at reviews on Angie's List, but I hung up when the call was answered by an answering machine. I did not have time to call anyone else, but a little while later I received a call back from Mike asking if there was something I needed. After talking with him about what might be wrong with the refrigerator, we made an appointment for the next day (Saturday). Mike texted me in the morning to confirm the appointment and showed up as promised. He was quick to diagnose the problem and effect the repair. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The refrigerator was fixed and everything cleaned up about 45 minutes. I feel that his price was quite reasonable and he even offers a military discount. I will definitely call A-Aaron again when I need a repair.

The technician from A-Aaron arrived quickly and performed the work in no time. He also checked my connections on my washer and offered some great tips for how to keep both appliances running well. He was professional and friendly. I will definitely use A-Aaron again.
