Tim provides excellent service and performs only tasks that are necessary even if you think you need more than what he says. In our case he performed service on 2 desk and 1 laptop computer. I thought that because they were running XP it would be prudent for me to upgrade to Windows 7 or Windows 8 but Tim advised that that was not necessary at this time and that I should wait until he had a chance to examine Microsoft Explorer 9 when it comes out. He said that depending on how that goes he might make a recommendation to upgrade at that time. We had previously purchased the desk units through Tim. During his time at our house he cleaned-up files, updated software and performed general maintenance on all three computers. Tim is very thorough and is a perfectionist. He shows up on time and won't leave until he completely finishes everything that needs to be done. We have used Tim for many years and highly recommend him for all your computer needs.$

Our experience with them was fine. They were very good and prompt. They got it fixed.

They are very responsive. They have always been able to come the same day or the next day. They have been extremely understanding for a person who is not very tech savvy. They don’t try and embarrass you for your lack of knowledge. They try to help you understand systems better.
