1st Choice Movers

The Good: They provided a great quote so we chose them over other options. The owner included 20 boxes and dropped them off before the move which was helpful. The Bad: The truck they provided wasn't large enough to fit all of our belongings. The team didn't notify the owner before leaving so the only solution offered was to send another truck the next day and store the rest of our things until they had another trip to Tampa (no time soon). We had to leave for Tampa that day so we had no way to provide access. The owner promised we could move everything in one day, but the team assigned had no intentions of traveling the same day. A couple of the guys complained the entire time. During the unloading they damaged walls in our home and I only found out because I overheard them talking amongst each other about it. No solution was offered for this. Reassembly of everything they took apart was also included but the guys didn't want to or lost parts to several items between locations. Overall: Over-promised and under-delivered. I would not recommend them for anything more than a local move with a couple of bedrooms worth of belongings.

It was such an amazing move. I moved many times and I understand choosing the right moving company is very tough. Jawad at 1st choice was my best choice and I highly recommend him.
