We inspect the rooftop mechanical equipment and we are able to detect small fractures in the roofing membrane by using our specialized equipment. We look for swelling, spitting and cracking of the membrane. Moisture can also enter the roofing system due to condensation, infiltration through the building walls.

I was very pleased with this company. They did a great job installing our roof. We worked with Andrew Knutson and he is amazing. Very professional from the initial call to completion of the roof. Awesome. Came out exactly when they said they would. Jump up on the roof and assessed. Excellent tech. Didn't catch his name when he introduced himself( give me a break..i'm old and spent years firing weapons.) But he was very professional and knowledgeable. Would hire this company again.
