They arrived late, at 5:30pm, and then they didn't know how to uninstall the old unit, so they left the new one sitting in my office. When I called, Home Depot then said to just hire someone else and they'd work on getting me refunded for my install. This is the exact headache I didn't want. This is why I paid for installation and removal. They are a nightmare to work with.

This order has been a nightmare. I purchased 5 doors from Home Depot in November, 2015. It is now May 2016 and I am still waiting for them to complete their work. They: 1. Ordered the wrong size door on two of the doors so they had to reorder them. 2. Lost the screen that came with one of the doors. I am still waiting for this screen to be installed. 3. Lost the keyed lock to one of the doors. I am still waiting for this keyed lock. 4. One of the Andersen doors has a a. defected latch b. chip in the threshold I am still waiting for Home depot to do something about these defects. 5. Told me that they could key all the doors to the same key. Turns out that the can not. Found my own lock smith that can do it at an additional charge, but still do not have the lock assembly (see item 3 above). The only thing they are capable of doing is blaming the installer and visa versa. I have talked to everyone including the store manager and as best as I can tell they just don't care. I still do not know when this order will be completed. I made a big mistake paying in full up front. Home depot insists that they will stand behind their work and make things right, but right now all I see them doing is standing around doing nothing.

They were great to work with. They even offered me a credit card with no interest for 18 months. They delivered the appliances about a week after I purchased them. They also hooked the appliances up and hauled away the old ones. I love my new LG appliances!
