He came out and he was very meticulous with his estimate. He measured everything and was prompt in sending a prompt proposal back to me through email. Once I hired him he was there within a couple of days and got the job done pretty quickly.

Overall the experience was good. It did not drag on. Weather proved to be an issue and created a few delays however they made up for the time.

I have had three other companies repair a leak on my porch. Their work lasted a few months and the leak was back. Seaside came over, looked at the job gave me an estimate and a guarantee. The work was done the next week, to my satisfaction. Again, the guarantee was repeated in the event another leak should ever occur. They were professional, courteous and on time. The day after the job was completed the owner, Justin Lee, called to be sure I was satisfied with the work done. Great customer service!

We have used Justin on and off for the past 6 months. Since we are doing a home remodel (and doing much of the work ourselves), we call Justin when the work is beyond our capabilities. He has a great deal of carpentry equipment and is always willing and able to do just about any task we ask him to do. He is also creative when figuring out what to do in certain spaces. He is trustworthy and dependable - as well as flexible and a really nice person. He is local to the beaches, so he is convenient for us to work with.
