+ -1 moreMike Willey did what he promised to do, when he promised to do it, at the price we agreed he would do it for. And his personal demeanor was agreeable too. What more could you want in a painter, or any other tradesman, doing the work necessary to keep up your house?
Description of Work: Scraped, primed, and painted eaves of old two-story beach house after a new roof had been put on it.

Description of Work: Painted outside double garage door and trim. Primed and painted outside and inside small grade door, small drywall repair, and painted inside drywall around garage door.

+ 0 moreMike went the extra mile, and re-caulked and sealed ALL of the wood joints. took down all shutters, painted and re-hung. He even fixed a broken mailbox post and painted it! He wasn't the cheapest, but when talking to him about the job, he impressed me with his attention to detail. He even hooked me up with a contractor to do some wood repair (extensive) who was equally detail oriented.
Description of Work: Pressure washed, caulked and sealed all wood joints, painted.
