John came out personally to look at our home and measure for a proposal. He was prompt and was so enthusiastic about making our home look amazing that I couldn't help getting excited about the project myself. I had been dreading getting this done, thinking it would hours of time, supervision, negotiating, etc. John came back within a day of his initial visit with a detailed proposal for the job, including everything from pressure washing to specified repairs and painting (the stucco cut-off was a separate decision and was included in the proposal as a separate price so that we could decide whether or not to do that part of the repair). His estimate was reasonable and competitive. Everything was accomplished flawlessly. His contractors were friendly and skilled, cleaned up each day, and finished promptly, just as promised. Our house does indeed look amazing, a beautiful makeover.

Sherwin Williams reps recommended Chris Bair, of McIntrye Stucco and Painting, as a potential painter for my project due to the quick turn around required. I contacted Chris 6 days ago and within 24 hours he provided an estimate and timing expectations. The price was reasonable and he was flexible with work hours to commit to the job. We did not have AC installed which seemed to be a turn off to many painters. Chris contacted me a day before he was scheduled to start indicating he had some free time (raining, exterior job placed on hold ours was interior only) with a request to prime. By the time I returned from work, the entire home had been primed with a 7 am commitment start time for the next morning. I arrived at 6:45am on Saturday (today) to fine the entire crew waiting for ME which given my experience with my builder... delighted me to no end! We did a quick walk through the house confirming what needed to be done... pointed them to where the paint was stored and asked that if they needed anything to give me a call. By 4:30 pm, the entire house plus ceilings were well covered in paint. A few extra gallons were required which Chris purchased after letting me know it was needed to finish the job. Chris crew did a quality job. They were extremely efficient, diligent and most notably professional through and through. Chris has been in touch since completing the job with a few questions and a request for me to send him any touch ups or areas that may need more attn. Overall, they did a fantastic job and in the time frame we needed it to be done. Thank you to Chris, Gilbert, And team! John Mcintyre did a fantastic job. They were paticient with me, as I had to get HOA approval on the paint color, then I had to go out of town for a week, and while I was gone, things kept getting done. I came home to a beautiful new home. The 1 attempt to fix the falling down tape in the lanai did not go as planned and when I told John I was not happy with the result, he sent someone out right away and fixed the ceiling perfectly! The worker even came out the next day to see if I was really happy with the job. He insisted if I was not he would take it all down and start over. It looked great, there was no need to do it again.

Awesome! Crew was professional, on time, kept very clean site and would immediately address any questions. House looks great. Final inspection was great. Would/will use again.

He was punctual, he was able to come out quickly, he did good work and he was very honest and truthful about work that needed to be done. He actually showed up which was the best part of it.

John provided his evaluation of my coquina stucco siding. There were no issues other than some painting required for the trim. I appreciate his integrity in not pushing work that the house doesn't need. This is our first stucco house and so I didn't know what to expect. I'm glad to have met John, and if we do have any trouble in the future he'll be at the top of my contact list.

John did an excellent job with the stucco repair. You could not tell the difference between the old and new stucco. The paint looked amazing. I have received many compliments from neighbors, friends and even the director of the neighborhood's HOA. He guaranteed his work for 10 years. As a realtor, I see a lot of stucco repair and I can tell you that John's work is probably the best I have ever seen. I would absolutely refer him to my customers and anyone that needs his services. I called McIntyre around Christmas and we had a long talk about how he lived in the same neighborhood as us and he knew exactly what we needed. After the rush of the holidays, I called him back and made an appointment for him to come give us a quote. He said he would be there at 3:00 the following day. I waited around for him and by 3:20, I gave him a call to see if he was coming/where he was. No answer, never heard from him again. I really wish it had worked out because I had a good feeling about the fact that he lived in a house constructed so similarly to ours!

John McIntyre The owner came out promptly to the house and was so professional and detailed in his assessment. He pointed out what we needed to ensure that we would be happy with the results. He sent his crew out promptly and they were excellent, they explained everything they were going to do and even pointed out an extra issue that they noticed in which they fixed as well. They finished the job and matched the paint very well and it looks like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend them because They are many choices out there but John McIntyre and his company are a sure bet of excellent results and professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

On time great price and good employee's.

We were advised to contact a stucco company because of a leak in our house. I called McIntyre Stucco...based on Angie's List reviews. John McIntyre responded quickly and came to assess the situation. He recommended a "water test" to check for leakage sites, at no cost to me. Based on that information, he made recommendations on repair. The repairs were made and we decided to have the house painted...it was time for that. The painters arrived promptly on the work days, cleaned up at the end of the day and completed the work in very short time. Excellent job. They walked around the house with us to make sure we were happy with the work. We highly recommend McIntyre Stucco and Painting

Everything went great. John McIntyre and his crew made my home elegant. The crew arrived on schedule, knew exactly what to do and went right to work. They repaired anything that was out of whack on my home. The work was fast and very much to my satisfaction. The knowledge and detail to quality from John's crew has made the front of my home elegant. All areas were left clean with no undo trash or paint any where around the home. Not good at all. Cannot get contractor to drive to home to give me an estimate.

John McIntyre come and looked at damaged wood floor and then looked at stucco repair. He was amazed that someone could call it repair because it looked poorly done and the finish was horrible. He gave a quote and a date when he could have the work done. The quote was very detailed with the brand of paint that would be used and the reason why he used only that brand. A few days later George and Clint arrived with the needed materials and started the work. They soon found out why water was penetrating into the house. The previous contractor had stuck a sheet of plywood 1.5ft into the soil and did not even bother to seal the edges.It acted as a funnel for the water to work its way between the foundation and the slab.The windows ledge or banding had been stuccoed much too high for the rain water to run down the windows frame. The materials used by previous contractor were not the proper materials for the job and the worker was way beyond his limited knowledge of the construction field. When George and Clint were working they worked hard and did not waist time. Both were very friendly and willing to answer any of my questions. It was a pleasure to see the workmanship from the two and to see how they knew what had to be done to make it right. Their combined experience in their field is over a half century and it shows.When they left the place was clean and free of any debris no matter how small. I would without a doubt have them do any repairs for me. John McIntyre told me what his crew would do and they did it.

It was a perfect experience. They showed up when they said they would, the work was done quickly and beautifully, the workers were extremely polite and they did a wonderful job! The owner was on site often and checked the work regularly. He was very easy to work with and he did exactly what he said he would for the price quoted. The paint job is amazing! My house looks brand new! It was a much better job than I could have ever expected. I would use them again and I highly recommend them!

After the walls were completely repaired our buyers found another problem inside the house and John came back and repaired it too. He was a wealth of information about a lot of different aspects for maintenance issues.

The outcome was excellent and a significant upgrade to the original appearance. Wife extremely happy and thus I was extremely happy. Most of the work was performed while I was out of town and the designer's plans were followed to perfection which took some doing. Tommy was the foreman on the job and he handled the issues which arose very professionally including making peace with a neighbor whose hedge was slightly affected by a ladder. I would heartily recommend John McIntyre and his people for a complex exterior painting job.

McIntyre Stucco and Painting handled all the painting and sub-contracted the carpentry required for removing and replacing the doors. Both aspects of the job were done in a professional manner and without delay other than that caused by an unscheduled downpour of rain. McIntyre's foreman Tommy was excellent in dealing with our constant questions and represented his company well.

The project went off without a hitch. Completely resolved all water issues including drainage off the deck and intrusion below. Found a couple of other issues which were outside the original scope and fixed them as well at no added cost. Directed us to an excellent resource for replacement tile who was very helpful in selections.
