the problem that is referred to is one of my repair crews was two hours late because of extra work on another job they encountered. we gave the member 100.00 off since we were late and overlooked calling to tell him.

It was good.
Description of Work: I used McIntyre. We had our full exterior refilled, painted, and there was a little bit of stucco work done. I actually called him back when I needed a cap on my fireplace done. He sent somebody out for that. They also painted my driveway. They are doing the work.

due to excessive nicotine build up on the ceilings, walls , doors. the excessive pet odor , we did not feel that we could provide professional quality results on a limited budget . unfortunately my associates failed to relay this to the customer in a timely manor. corrective measures have been taken to insure that this oversight does not occur in the future .
