I just had a glass shower stall put in. They've been is service here a long time. They're the go to glass company.I was satisfied although communication wasn't everything it should have been.

The window has an ornate divider in the glass ( it had to match a window next to it). They ordered the wrong pattern twice and finally had the pattern right on the 3rd try. I was not offered a discount or apology for my time when I had to be home. Several months after the window was installed I noticed marks/indentations in the stucco under where the window was installed. The marks appear to be from where a ladder was rested on it.

They failed to mention they are not open on Saturdays and they never returned our call to reschedule or discuss the mishap. We were treated like they did not deal with us. It forced us to wait until Monday to find someone else to replace the windshield, which couldn't be scheduled with another company until the following Wed. If we had known Lee & Cates could not do it on Saturday, we could have scheduled elsewhere sooner.

I broke a picture frame glass that belonged to someone else. I could not find a replacement glass for the frame, I was told to check out Lee and Cates which I did, I dropped by without an appointment with the broken frame glass, the rep cut a new piece of glass to order on the spot and then didn't charge me anything for his efforts. They will get my glass business from here on. Great customer service, very friendly, they are a pleasure to deal with!

The provider failed to show up to two scheduled estimates. When I called after the second no show I received several excuses but was no given any solutions on how they were going to fix it. They said they would call back within 48 hours with the estimate they gave but I had to call them several times before they finally called me back a week later. I wouldn't recommend the Arlington location due to a failure on punctuality and professionalism

It was expensive but I liked them a lot. They were prompt, thorough and professional.

The representative arrived promptly at the appointed time. All affected windows were measured, estimate was provided in writing, and any questions we had were answered. The estimated price was within $10 of that of the vendor we finally selected. The only reason we did not choose Lee and Cates was that we got a better warranty with another vendor.

EXCELLENT!! We have used this company in the past, they consistently provide outstanding service and do it for a reasonable price. In this case they provided an estimate over the phone, then came to the house to get precise measurements. Although our door was 20 years old, and larger than standard, they were able to come back within a day or two with a perfect replacement.

We expected to have epoxy injected into the chip in the windshield as we were concerned there was a tiny crack starting. Tech was professional, listened to our concerns without trying to inject his opinion. He took us out to look at the car windshield and to get a very close look had to get a step stool. He examined the chip and said there was no crack. As we couldn't see that, he got a magnifier and showed us there was no chip. Did this without aggravation, as a professional should. Then explained a chip does not require repair if there is no crack. However, any crack no matter how small needs to be fixed. He thanked us for coming to their business and said he hoped we would bring any future home or vehicle glass needs to the. We will definitely do just that.

Overall things went very well. Workers were timely or called if running behind. Office staff was professional and responsive. Our priority was quality and expertise of workers, both were excellent.

The tension rods and clasps in several windows were broken and needed to be replaced. I was considering doing the work myself, but when I researched the cost of the replacement parts vs what Lee and Cates would charge to do the whole job with all parts and labor included, it was an easy decision to hire them. I was not dissapointed. From the initial estimate to the finishing the job, Lee and Cates did an excellent and very professional job.

Lee and Cates Glass did a great job with our windows. We had a little problem with getting a few of the windows, but they made it right with us. We would refer them to others.

Lee and Cates Glass were very neat and clean. They came when they said they would. They acted in a very professional manner. They took care of everything and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased.

Ive used Lee and Cates Glass before to replace some windows, and they did a fantastic job. They were very punctual and did great work. They picked up the work site like they had never even been there. We have not had any issues since, and Im very happy with the results.

Gate Glass Co. gave me excellent service. I told the salesman I wanted a specific type of door. He told me it would have to be special ordered. He got it too me on time and at a great price. Another place wanted $400 more. I could not be more satisfied.

Lee and Cates Glass did a wonderful job installing our new glass shower door. They showed up right when they said they would and did the job in a timely manner. They also picked up after themselves.
