Description of Work: Knight Electric was sub-contracted for the building of our home. They were uncharacteristically sloppy, showing poor workmanship, poor work ethic and bad attitudes about quality work.

Description of Work: Moved an oven plug. They did their job but there better vendors out there that I could have used. Tried to scare tactic me on upgrades to the circuit board... didn't appreciate that.

+ 0 moreWe were to have ceiling fans installed, including wiring. When they didn't come in the scheduled time frame, we called back only to find out they had lost our ticket. We rescheduled and they did come out, but told us they could not install our fans because they couldn't get through a barrier in the attic. There was a mix up with what they thought we wanted and what we actually wanted, so they said they were going to see what they could do and come back with the right equipment to try it the same day. They never came back. They never called. We didn't hear from them again until they sent us a bill for the work they didn't do! They did resolve that issue quickly, to their credit. We had another company come out to do the fans Knight Electric said couldn't be done, and they didn't have any problem doing it.
