Description of Work: I researched several roof contractors and these has the highest rating from the roof mfr we chose to go with. So we included them in the bid. They were atleast $5k less expensive (we have a very steep pitch so required additional fees). They were also te only ones that actually walked our roof for an accurate estimate as well as pull the topo's. At the end, we ended up not needing stucco work around chimney and they didn't do work and took off bill when they easily could have did it anyway and charge us. We wouldn't have had any clue. Very professional and knowledgable. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: They did a great job! They were efficient and cleaned up each day. It took them about a week after the job to have someone collect any nails from the yard but for the most part we were extremely satisfied! Would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: They looked for leaks on the roof and confirmed that roofing was not the problem. Addressed all the other fixtures on the roof- seems like a small job, but basically fixed everything that could have been fixed quickly and a very reasonable price for the time it took, and made some good suggesitons to keep costs down. The owner made some recommendations on how to keep the vents in good condition, for example. Good work, good guys.

Description of Work: Called this company because, I thought, well they have good rating on Angie's list. Called them. Made an appointment. They never showed up. No follow-ups. No nothing. |Makes me wonder how in the world they received good rating in the first place? And why would I want to hire them in the future if they didn't even show up on the appointment date?

Description of Work: Provided a complete re-roof. Was a delay of orver 6 weeks from the time contract was signed until chimney cap was installed.

Description of Work: K&D was professional from the start. Their estimate was exactly what they charged, with the exception of a few sheet of decking that needed to be added. They worked quickly and efficiently. They completed the job in two days, with the exception of needed work on our chimney and chimney cap. There was a slight problem with the installation of the chimney cap, but when I called they responded immediately and rectified the problem. They cleaned up the site thoroughly and quickly. They were recommended by two friends who had both used them. I, too, highly recommend K&D. I don't think you can do better.

Description of Work: Estimate for roof leak around skylight. The company sent Fred. He did a good job of inspecting my roof and wanted to replace skylight, wood and install metal curb and skylight glass. He would also want to install new lead flashing around pipe. While it sounded good it seem to be going further then we wanted at this time. I would consider getting an estimate from this company when I consider a new roof in the future.
