+ -1 moreJason and movers showed up late then after they were questioned about delay they stated they were going down to get their moving equipment from truck and they left the job without moving anything or informing anyone that they were leaving. Very unprofessional . You depend on a business and take their word that they will be there on time to do the job and then you end up with this unprofessional business person who obviously has no ethics and does not care about their customers
Description of Work: Jason and his company were suppose to move offices around for our Cancer Clinic. I set up 2 weeks in advance with Jason under the condition thAt their moving crew could be at our office at 1 pm for 2 hours. I had issue using them last year for same move due to the fact the crew showed up over an hour late. Jason promised they would be on time and that he would personally be there to ensure punctual. I had set up IT people to come in for same time to move the computers and this was why so important to be on time. I verified the day before that Jason understood that they had to be at our office at 1:00 and he confirmed. Jason does not show up Until 1:40 pm and does not bother to call to tell us he is running late Meanwhile my IT guys are moving desks etc due to time constraints . I show Jason what has to be moved and he states let me go get my moving equipment. He never returns . He just left without moving or telling anyone he was leaving. How can anyone run a business this way? Unprofessional does not begin to sum up this business.
