The process could not have gone better. In the beginning Fraser explained his process and then worked with us on the pictures and descriptions to get everything right until we were ready to take it to market. When we were ready he made it an easy process for us. The house didn't sell immediately which was good but it sold in 30 days for the asking price and we are pleased with the outcome.
Description of Work: Fraser Bolwell was our realtor that sold my Mother's house. Fraser is knowledgeable about the real estate market and worked diligently to get us the best price. With any large sale there are always moments that require patience and determination. Fraser led us through the process and was always willing to listen and take time with us. Fraser is a class act and was always a gentleman.
