Initial meeting went well and was told I would have an estimate within two days. Called back three times to check on the status of the estimate. Was promised each time I would have it the next day. Still have not received it and have moved on to another firm.

The price we thought was a little high and just generally speaking there were two people there working. One was a heavy set gentleman who seemed to just be there and there was younger boy that did all the work.

Mike and Zach arrived on time, and completed the job in about 4 hours. The faucets work as expected and the vanity looks great! We are very happy with the results. They were respectful of our our home and did a great job cleaning up. We won't hesitate to use F.W. Fair again or recommend them to friends and neighbors.

They came in less than an hour to meet the installer of my sprinkler system. Super fast and great work. Definitely recommend.

Arrived on time and began work. Came in clean and introduced themselves.Only had one problem with a fixture cover and after I pointed it out it was fixed the next day. Water softner is latest technology that uses no electric, salt or drain and has a charcoal filter for taste- the best. All fixtures are quality, it was on time, although there was a slight delay in between a couple of design component decisions. They followed up with a check on their own by another plumber to ensure no mistakes. If I ever needed anything, Fred took care of it immediately. Great family owned company.

Very efficient and easy to work with.

All the employees I know are efficient, prompt, kind and compassionate (a bonus). Especially Fred. Mike and Doug are super plumbers and nice people. My son who lives nearby is seriously ill. Recently the toliet in his home in Sawgrass would not operate. FWFair plumbers repaired it within an hour. Then, I had a problem: the tile installer left several items unfinished. Again--Fair to my rescue. I only wish I knew other I knew other companies like this. Thank you to Fred, Mike and Doug.

There was no leak. I have known Fred for a while. I called them this morning and they were here at 10am. They are very prompt. It is nice that you don't have to wait 2 or 3 days. They are very friendly, courteous, and clean.

The duo arrived with filthy black shoes. I had to move the carpet in my living room for fear of them walking on them. The "assistant" began to change the equipment in the tanks of both bathrooms. In so doing he took the expensive, braided hoses I had and replaced them with what looks like plastic piping, insisting that he had to. I've since learned this is not true. The replacement of these tank mechanisms cost $161.00 and I was "being given a cut". I have no idea why my braided hoses were not left with me when the job was complete. The other gentlemen went under my sink and told me I needed a new waste arm; new sink; and he would have to come back another day to complete the work. He said the interior of the vanity would have to be cut up to get to the waste arm and that they did not repair holes in the walls when the job was done. He said he would have the office call me the next day with an estimate of the repairs. I waited for a call, but never received one. On 7/9/11, I spoke to the owner on his cell phone. He said he wasn't in the office on 7/8/11, but that he was on his way to the office then and would call me back with an estimate. I never heard from him. I think $161.00 is rediculous for the work that was done; there is no customer service with this company; they take equipment you've paid good money for and they arrive smelly and dirty. Very disappointing. July 9 was 3 business days ago.

F W Fair Plumbing was very good. I really liked how they were professional and took time to explain to me what the problem was and how they were to fix it. They were on time and did not inconvenience me. I would hire them again.
